Planitop 12 SR

MapeWrap 11

Structural Epoxy Putty Adhesives for Use with Structural Strengthening Systems MapeWrap 11 and MapeWrap 12 are two-component, 100%-solids, moisturetolerant, structural epoxies used as adhesives for the Carboplate® composite system. MapeWrap 11 and MapeWrap 12 are also used for leveling uneven concrete or masonry surfaces before application of MapeWrap fabrics or Carboplate and Maperod™ C laminates.

MapeWrap G Uni-Ax

High-Strength, Uni-Directional E-Glass Fiber Fabric MapeWrap G Uni-Ax is a high-strength, uni-directional E-glass fiber fabric that, when used with the MapeWrap family of two-component epoxy adhesives, forms an externally bonded fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) reinforcement system engineered to increase the strength of structural elements. When applied to the surface of structural members in buildings, parking garages, bridges, marine piles and other structures, MapeWrap G Uni-Ax improves the seismic performance of concrete columns, masonry and concrete walls, and concrete beam-column connections.

Planitop X

One-Component, Fast-Setting, Fiber-Reinforced, Vertical and Overhead Repair Mortar Planitop X is a one-component, fiber-reinforced, shrinkage-compensated, high-early-strength, fast-setting, polymer-modified, high-build cementitious repair mortar with a corrosion inhibitor.

Rapid-Setting, High-Strength, Epoxy Anchoring Gel Planibond AE Fast is a rapid-setting, high-strength, moisture-tolerant, two-component, 100%-solids, epoxy anchoring gel designed for a wide variety of vertical/horizontal bonding and repair applications.

Elastocolor Texture

Water-Based, High-Build, Acrylic, Textured Coating Elastocolor Texture is a specially designed coating for use on exterior, above-grade, new and previously coated concrete and masonry surfaces. Elastocolor Texture ’s unique blend of aggregates produces an attractive, high-build, textured finish. It is ideal for use on restoration projects to reduce the appearance of surface imperfections and repairs or wherever a uniform textured finish is desired. Elastocolor Texture remains highly flexible and offers excellent filling properties and adhesion to prepared substrates.

Mapegrid G 220

Alkali-Resistant, Glass Fiber Mesh for Structural Strengthening of Masonry Mapegrid G 220 is a square mesh made from primed, alkali-resistant (AR) glass fibers with a zirconium dioxide content of more than 16%. When applied on masonry structures, Mapegrid G 220 makes up for their lack of tensile strength and increases their overall ductility so that stresses are distributed more evenly. The system adheres perfectly to the substrate and its mechanical properties are such that localized stresses always provoke a failure in the substrate rather than at the substrate/strengthening system interface. In the case of strengthening applied to arched or vaulted elements, the masonry acquires the ability to resist tensile loads and inhibit the formation of plastic hinge points on the side opposite to where the strengthening package is applied.

Planitop HPC Floor 46 [NA]

Three-Component Ultra High-Performance High-Ductility Free-Flowing Cementitious Mortar Planitop HPC Floor 46 [NA] is a three-component ultra high-performance high-ductility free-flowing high-strength cementitious mortar made using a special admixture, reinforced with selected aggregates and steel fibers. The fibers contained in Planitop HPC Floor 46 [NA] feature hooked ends, and are made from stiff, galvanized steel. The separate 4 to 6-mm aggregates allow for thicker applications and less shrinkage.

MapeWrap 31

MapeWrap 31 is a 100%-solids, moisture-tolerant, medium-viscosity, epoxy resin for impregnating MapeWrap composite system fabrics by a dry layup method. MapeWrap 31 was specially developed to saturate and encapsulate carbon and glass fiber fabrics and to cure to a high-performance laminate. Once cured, MapeWrap 31 provides high mechanical strength properties.

MapeWrap 21

MapeWrap 21 is a 100%-solids, moisture-tolerant, low-viscosity, epoxy resin used to encapsulate the MapeWrap composite system fabrics. MapeWrap 21 was specially developed to saturate and encapsulate carbon and glass fiber fabrics and to cure to a high-performance laminate. Once cured, the laminate provides additional strength to appropriate structural elements.

MapeWrap 12

MapeWrap 12 is a two-component, 100%-solids, moisture-tolerant, structural epoxy used as an adhesive for the Carboplate composite system in warm climates. MapeWrap 12 is also used for leveling uneven concrete or masonry surfaces before application of MapeWrap fabrics or Carboplate and Maperod C laminates.

MapeWrap C FIOCCO / MapeWrap G FIOCCO / MapeWrap B FIOCCO

Structural and functional restoration of concrete elements and masonry, including those of historical interest, which have been damaged by inclement weather and natural causes. MapeWrap C FIOCCO, MapeWrap G FIOCCO and MapeWrap B FIOCCO are used as “structural connection” placed on the inside of old masonry to guarantee a better connection between the substrate (concrete, stone, bricks, wood, etc.) and the strengthening products with FRP and FRCM technology.

Mapelastic

Mapelastic is a two-component, cementitious membrane that waterproofs concrete and masonry. It also offers protection against chemical attack from de-icing salts, sulfates, chlorides and carbon dioxide.

Planitop XS

Planitop XS is an extended-working-time variation of Planitop X . Shrinkage-compensated, fiber-reinforced, polymer-modified and containing a corrosion inhibitor, Planitop XS features Planitop X ’s outstanding workability and versatility. This product features a very low emission of volatile organic compounds and includes an offset of greenhouse gas emissions.

Elastocolor Primer WB

Elastocolor Primer WB is a clear, water-based, 100%-acrylic primer for use with Elastocolor coatings. Elastocolor Primer WB improves adhesion on porous, dusting and new substrates.

Elastocolor Primer AR

Water-Based, Alkali-Resistant Primer for Elastocolor Coatings Elastocolor Primer AR is a specially designed primer for use on exterior, above-grade, new and previously coated concrete and masonry surfaces. Elastocolor Primer AR will protect subsequent coatings from the damaging effects of high pH present in freshly placed cement-based products. It remains highly flexible, offers excellent filling and adhesion on prepared substrates, and is designed for compatibility with MAPEI’s Elastocolor coating systems.

Mapefer 1K [NA]

Mapefer 1K [NA] is a one-component, anti-corrosion coating based on unique polymers, cementitious binders and corrosion inhibitors. Mapefer 1K [NA] is specially formulated for application on properly prepared reinforcing steel to inhibit oxidation and rust formation. This product features a very low emission of volatile organic compounds and includes an offset of greenhouse gas emissions.

Planitop 15

Form-and-Pour, One-Component Repair Mortar Planitop 15 is a one-component, shrinkage-compensated, cementitious, fiber-reinforced, fluid mortar. Planitop 15 contains a corrosion inhibitor and silica fume, and is well-suited for form-and-pour and form-and-pump applications where high early strength and flowability are required.
