Multi-Component, Heavy-Duty, Polyurethane/Cement-Based Screed with Thermal Shock Resistance

Mapefloor CPU/HD [NA] is a multi-component, heavy-duty, polyurethane/cement-based screed with a high level of chemical resistance. It is formulated to cover industrial floors that are subject to heavy traffic flow, aggressive chemicals and thermal shock where a lightly textured surface is required, by applying at 1/4" to 3/8" (6 to 9 mm) in thickness. Mapefloor CPU/HD [NA] complies with standards applied in the food and beverage industry.

Creates a seamless, textured, thin-layered screed from 1/4" to 3/8" (6 to 9 mm) thick, with excellent mechanical and chemical resistance to acids, basic solutions, grease, saline solutions and hydrocarbons, therefore avoiding the need for broadcasting
A 3/8" (9 mm) thick coat of Mapefloor CPU/HD [NA] withstands thermal shock of up to 248°F (120°C).
The in-service temperature for a 3/8" (9 mm) thick screed of Mapefloor CPU/HD [NA] varies from -40°F to 248°F (-40°C to 120°C) in dry environments and up to 212°F (100°C) in wet environments.
Due to its high mechanical strength and resistance to abrasion, Mapefloor CPU/HD [NA] is suitable for oors subjected to heavy-duty traffic.
Screeds made from Mapefloor CPU/HD [NA] are easy to clean and have a rough, nonslip finish.
Mapefloor CPU/HD [NA] is a neutral color and must be colored on site at the moment that it is applied by adding Mapecolor CPU [NA], which is available in these standard colors: Oxide Red RAL 3009, Beige RAL 1001, Stone Grey RAL 7030, Agate Grey RAL 7038 and Telegrey 2 RAL 7046. All specialty colors will be ordered upon request.
