Multi-Component, High-Strength, Self-Leveling Polyurethane/Cement-Based Screed with Enhanced Flowability

Mapefloor CPU/SBF is a multi-component, polyurethane/cement-based screed with enhanced flowability that provides a high level of chemical resistance. It is formulated to cover industrial floors that are subject to medium to heavy traffic flow, aggressive chemicals and thermal shock where a lightly textured surface is required, by applying at 3/16" to 1/4" (4.5 to 6 mm) in thickness. Selected aggregate must be broadcasted into wet screed to produce a non-slip surface. Mapefloor CPU/SBF complies with the standards applied in the food and beverage industries.

Adds durability for floors subjected to heavy traffic flow
Creates a seamless thin-layered screed with increased flowability from 3/16" to 1/4" (4.5 to 6 mm) thick, with excellent mechanical and chemical resistance to acids, basic solutions, grease, saline solutions, and hydrocarbons
A 1/4" (6 mm) thick coat withstands thermal shock up to 176°F (80°C)
