The project included concrete repair, waterproofing, the installation of over 1000 m2 of tiles by JP Tiling Contractors and a full swimming pool solution by Neuman Aqua.
The project was delivered by main contractor, Elliott Group. Opened in September, The Club is home to an extensive gym overlooking the resort’s championship PGA National golf course, as well as a multi-purpose sports hall, four spacious studios and a 25-metre lap pool, amongst much else. It forms the centrepiece of a wider £90m development project at The Belfry Hotel & Resort, which also includes a state-of-the-art events space and 149 new bedrooms. |
