Cement-Based, Waterproofing and Surface-Preparation Coating Planiseal 88 is a one-component, polymer-modified, cementitious coating for waterproofing, including masonry surfaces, at a maximum depth of 10 feet (3,05 m). Planiseal 88 is also used as a surface-preparation product for MAPEI waterproofing products.

Resfoam ® HB 45 is a low-viscosity, flexible, hydrophobic polyurethane grout used to stop water infiltration in concrete structures. Resfoam HB 45 is a solvent-free, MDI-based polymer system that reacts with water. Use Resfoam HB 45 together with Resfoam HBA 45 accelerator to adjust the reaction profile for a specific application. In a free-rise circumstance, Resfoam HB 45 will expand up to 750% of its liquid volume. Upon application, Resfoam HB 45 reacts to form a closed-cell polyurethane grout that will not shrink, and provides an elastomeric waterproof barrier sealing infiltration points against water intrusion. Resfoam HB 45 is nontoxic and has good chemical resistance.

Reinforcing Fabric for Liquid Waterproofing Membranes MAPEI LMR Fabric is a spunbond, nonwoven polyester fabric used as a reinforcement for liquid-applied waterproofing membranes. When embedded into a liquid-applied waterproofing membrane, it will add strength and durability to the overall system.

As such, the woven fabric is better suited to receive direct poured concrete than nonwoven geotextile fabrics. Mapedrain 35 also has  a polymeric protective film on the back side to provide additional protection  to waterproofing membranes.

Single-Component, 100%-Solids, Cold-Fluid-Applied, Structural Waterproofing Membrane Planiseal CR1 is a fast-curing, 100%-solids, cold-fluid-applied, single-component, moisture-curing, structural waterproofing membrane that will not shrink and is VOC-compliant in virtually all municipalities. Very low in odor, it is well suited for use in and around occupied spaces. Thanks to advanced proprietary technology, this single-grade membrane can be used in horizontal as well as vertical applications, maximizing versatility. Planiseal CR1 can be applied by roller, brush, trowel or squeegee.

Bentonite-Based, Hydrophilic, Expandable, Flexible Rubber Waterstop Strip for Watertight Construction Idrostop B25 is a waterstop used to produce watertight construction joints in civil, industrial and hydraulic construction. Idrostop B25 is composed of a mix of natural sodium bentonite and polymers that give the product exceptional properties of compactness, flexibility and stability. The material is produced according to a formula developed in MAPEI’s own research and development laboratories. Idrostop B25 ’s expanding process takes place in a controlled, gradual and uniform way without the risk of altering the balance of the mix.

One-Component, Nonsag, Elastomeric Polyurethane Sealant Mapeflex P1 FT is a high-performance, one-component, fast-track, elastomeric, moisture-cured, polyurethane sealant and adhesive. Mapeflex P1 FT offers excellent adhesion to most surfaces, superior gunning and tooling, and excellent flexibility for moving joints.

Self-Adhering Sheet Membrane Planiseal Membrane SA is a 63-mil, self-adhering sheet membrane consisting of 61 mils of rubberized asphalt laminated to a 2-mil PET film. The combination of these two excellent waterproofing materials provides a durable, high-performance waterproofing membrane. Planiseal Membrane SA is suitable for installations where the ambient and substrate temperatures are above 40°F (4°C).

Acrylic Latex Admixture for Mortar and Stucco Planicrete AC is a one-component, concentrated, liquid latex admixture used to enhance the performance of cementitious repair mortars, plasters, stuccos and toppings.

Modular System for Raised Exterior Floors PP level DUO MAXI System is ideal for transforming unused patios and rooftops into desirable living spaces. The pedestal system raises/elevates the pavers and levels the floor by compensating for a sloped substrate up to 5%, thanks to the self-leveling head. This modular system allows for easy maintenance and access to conduits, waterproofing and drainage systems beneath the pavers. Ultraplan ® Lite is a polymer-modified, calcium-aluminate-based, lightweight, self-drying, self-leveling underlayment. It has been specifically designed for use for leveling substrates that are not rated to carry the full weight of a traditional self-leveling underlayment. Ultraplan Lite mixes easily and flows out to a suitable finish with a final dry density of about 67 lbs. per cu. ft. (1 073 kg per m 3 ) at 28 days.

100%-Solids, Industrial-Grade, Epoxy Grout with Color-Coated Quartz Kerapoxy IEG CQ is a water-cleanable, 100%-solids, epoxy grout with high chemical and stain resistance. It is a nonshrinking, nonsagging, fast-curing, efflorescence-free grout. Color-coated quartz dramatically improves its cleanability, so that Kerapoxy IEG CQ leaves very little film residue during cleanup of excess grout with a grout float. The color-coated quartz also eliminates pigment bleed, so tiles are not stained during installation. This grout is perfectly suited for use in commercial kitchens, meat packing houses, and any commercial and institutional floors that require daily cleaning with enzymatic cleaners. Kerapoxy IEG CQ is ideal for applications where high-strength, mold- and mildew-resistant grout joints are required. In addition, it has high temperature resistance and can be steam-cleaned.

UltraCare Grout Maximizer is a neutral-pH, fluoro-based, liquid polymer admixture for Keracolor S and Keracolor U Portland-cement-based grouts, to be used in place of water. UltraCare Grout Maximizer optimizes resistance to water and oil-based stains, increases grout hardness and improves color consistency.

Unique technology advancements are incorporated in the formulation of Ultrabond ECO GPT for delivering instant grab, while allowing for the needed adjustability of panels and large-format tile. Superior bonding performance is complemented with flexibility, deformability and quick-curing characteristics to meet the demands of installing gauged porcelain tile, panels and slabs with application-friendly properties.

Ultraflex LHT ® is a nonsag, large-and-heavy-tile mortar and thin-set mortar for large-format and heavy tile and stone for interior/exterior installations on floors, walls and countertops. Ultraflex LHT is designed for use at 1/2" (12 mm) thickness to give better support under large-format tile. Cement-Based, Waterproofing and Surface-Preparation Coating Planiseal 88 is a one-component, polymer-modified, cementitious coating for waterproofing, including masonry surfaces, at a maximum depth of 10 feet (3,05 m). Planiseal 88 is also used as a surface-preparation product for MAPEI waterproofing products.

Resfoam ® HB 45 is a low-viscosity, flexible, hydrophobic polyurethane grout used to stop water infiltration in concrete structures. Resfoam HB 45 is a solvent-free, MDI-based polymer system that reacts with water. Use Resfoam HB 45 together with Resfoam HBA 45 accelerator to adjust the reaction profile for a specific application. In a free-rise circumstance, Resfoam HB 45 will expand up to 750% of its liquid volume. Upon application, Resfoam HB 45 reacts to form a closed-cell polyurethane grout that will not shrink, and provides an elastomeric waterproof barrier sealing infiltration points against water intrusion. Resfoam HB 45 is nontoxic and has good chemical resistance.

Mapedrain 35 ’s woven, monofilament fabric withstands high abrasion from applied overburden and prevents intrusion into the drainage core due to its low elongation characteristics. As such, the woven fabric is better suited to receive direct poured concrete than nonwoven geotextile fabrics. Mapedrain 35 also has  a polymeric protective film on the back side to provide additional protection  to waterproofing membranes.

Single-Component, 100%-Solids, Cold-Fluid-Applied, Structural Waterproofing Membrane Planiseal CR1 is a fast-curing, 100%-solids, cold-fluid-applied, single-component, moisture-curing, structural waterproofing membrane that will not shrink and is VOC-compliant in virtually all municipalities. Very low in odor, it is well suited for use in and around occupied spaces. Thanks to advanced proprietary technology, this single-grade membrane can be used in horizontal as well as vertical applications, maximizing versatility. Reinforcing Fabric for Liquid Waterproofing Membranes MAPEI LMR Fabric is a spunbond, nonwoven polyester fabric used as a reinforcement for liquid-applied waterproofing membranes. When embedded into a liquid-applied waterproofing membrane, it will add strength and durability to the overall system.

Mapefer 1K [NA] is specially formulated for application on properly prepared reinforcing steel to inhibit oxidation and rust formation. Surface-Applied Corrosion Inhibitor Mapeshield CI 100 is a surface-applied corrosion inhibitor designed to penetrate concrete and protect embedded steel reinforcement. Mapeshield CI 100 delays the corrosion process and reduces overall corrosion activity.

Self-Consolidating Concrete Mix with Corrosion Inhibitor Planitop 11 SCC is a one-component, cementitious, self-consolidating concrete mix with silica fume and a corrosion inhibitor for full-depth structural concrete repairs in above-, below- and on-grade applications.
