MAPEFLOOR I 357 ESD

Mapefloor I 357 ESD is used to form electrically conductive coatings according ESD standard on concrete substrates and cementitious screeds, including those exposed to medium to heavy traffic.

Two-component, self-levelling epoxy formulation used to form electrically conductive dissipative coatings according to ESD requirements.

▪ Electrically conductive according ESD standard.

▪ Good resistance to chemicals.

▪ Waterproof.

▪ Dustproof.

▪ Easy to clean and sanitise.

▪ System fast to put into service.

Mapefloor I 357 ESD is a two-component, high solid content, pigmented, epoxy resin-based formulate containing electrically-conductive fillers according to a formulation developed in the MAPEI R&D laboratories.

▪ Mapefloor I 357 ESD is used to make smooth, self-levelling, waterproof, conductive coatings according ESD standard with high mechanical strength and good resistance to chemicals.

▪ It fulfils DIN EN 61340-4-1 and DIN EN IEC 6140-4-5 requirements.

▪ Mapefloor I 357 ESD complies with the principles defined in EN 13813 “Screeds and materials for screeds – Materials for screeds – Properties and requirements”, which specifies the requirements for screed materials used in the construction of internal floors.
