My grout joint is uneven or too deep. Can I add more epoxy grout as filler?

Yes, on deeper grout joints, you can re-apply Kerapoxy grout over an existing layer of Kerapoxy grout (or Kerapoxy CQ over Kerapoxy CQ). The key is to leave only a thin layer on the joint surface.

How do you remove Kerapoxy from a grout joint?

It can be removed if heated with an industrial dryer (heat gun). Epoxy grout is heat-resistant up to 100°C (212°F). Heated past this temperature, it softens and can be removed with a knife or trowel.
