In order to access all the wireless features of the Mapeheat Thermo Connect thermostat, you must first connect it to your WiFi network by going into “Settings --> WiFi Settings” and completing the WiFi setup. Once the thermostat is connected to your WiFi network, you will be asked for an email address to begin the setup for your MyMapeheat.com account. An email with an activation link and instructions will be sent to that email address. After your MyMapeheat.com account is set up, you can control your Mapeheat Thermo Connect thermostat via MyMapeheat.com or download the Mapeheat Thermo Connect app from the App Store or Google Play.

MAPEI Flexcolor CQ is a ready to use grout that is 100% acrylic and dries harder than cement-based grout. The residue left behind, when not properly removed during the grouting process, can appear as a clear film that can become tacky. When it comes to removing tough epoxy grout haze, time is of the essence. The longer it sits on the tile, the longer it takes to remove. Use UltraCare Epoxy Grout Haze Remover to safely and effectively remove epoxy grout haze. WiFi thermostats connect to your home WiFi and enable you to control many of your floor-heating system’s functions, depending on the model. They can be conveniently controlled via the manufacturer’s app for either Apple or Android devices, or from a Web portal on your browser. WiFi thermostat control is limited to setting the minimum or maximum temperature, and activating and deactivating a program. It cannot remotely turn the floor-heating system on or off, but can enable warm-weather shutdown to ensure that your floor-heating system doesn’t run when your home’s outdoor or indoor temperatures rise. With their convenient features, WiFi thermostats are ideal for vacation homes or to track energy usage.

 

It can be removed if heated with an industrial dryer (heat gun). Epoxy grout is heat-resistant up to 100°C (212°F). Heated past this temperature, it softens and can be removed with a knife or trowel.

Ultrabond ECO 379 differs from its sister products in that it is specifically designed to be applied using a roller. Its viscosity is low, making it easy to roller-apply, but somewhat difficult with a notched trowel. If necessary, Ultrabond ECO 379 could be applied using a trowel, but the result might be a bit messy if the trowel is moved quickly across the floor as with Ultrabond ECO 373 or Ultrabond ECO 399. 

It is recommended to wait 3 days before using the shower. In some cases, where conditions are very humid and cold, or if ventilation is insufficient, it may take longer to dry.

The answer to this question depends on what substrate you are working over. If you are installing adhesives over soft surfaces like plywood, then a trowel can last quite a while. If you are installing over a concrete or hard, abrasive surface, then a trowel may last about 2,000 square feet (186 m²) before the notches wear down. An installer may think that this is a good thing because his coverage will get better per gallon of adhesive, but in the end this is not a good situation as there may not be enough adhesive on the floor for proper bonding. Some trowels may last longer, but this is always something to check before getting started on any given flooring project: Make sure that your trowel is in good condition and will deliver the right amount of adhesive required for the project.

You can install more than one Mapeheat Mat or Mapeheat Cable to a thermostat, provided that the total draw does not exceed 15 amps. The thermostat typically holds up to 3 or 4 sets of leads before fitting the lead wires into the terminals becomes difficult.
