The installation was completed for Morgan Sindall Construction on behalf of Waterside Places and Latimer Developments. It spanned 7000m2 and featured Amtico Acoustic LVT flooring.
All Mapei products specified at Islington Wharf benefit from EMICODE: EC1 Plus formulations, with very low VOC’s, promoting a safe application and environment. Mapeproof Primer – a one-component, rapid drying ready-to-use waterproof surface membrane and Latexplan Trade – a protein-free, low odour levelling and smoothing compound – were used to prepare floors throughout apartments and corridors. Amtico Acoustic was then installed within apartments using Ultrabond Eco 4 LVT fibre-reinforced adhesive - a highly shear resistant, hard set, wet bed formulation. |
