MAPEI’s Alessandro Biondi appointed to IACCSE Board of Directors

Appointment highlights MAPEI’s commitment to international trade, innovation and strengthening Italian-American business relations

MAPEI is proud to announce that Alessandro Biondi, Regional CFO – North America, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce Southeast (IACCSE). His three-year term will focus on initiatives that strengthen the Italian business presence across the Southeastern United States and deepen ties with the Chamber’s 320+ members.

Biondi’s Board priorities include expanding the Italian footprint in the region, fostering collaboration with the Consulate General and community partners, and creating events that are tailored for the manufacturing sector. He also aims to bring Chamber initiatives directly to members throughout the Southeast while investing in long-term member support.

Founded in 1991, the IACCSE is a non-profit U.S. corporation that is officially recognized by the Italian government. Dedicated to promoting trade between Italy and the U.S., the Chamber represents over 300 companies, including many prestigious “Made in Italy” brands. Its programs and partnerships support growth across industries ranging from manufacturing and logistics to fashion, design, food and beverage, and marine.

Through his new role, Biondi will help advance the Chamber’s mission of connecting and supporting businesses while promoting Italian excellence in the Southeast.
