Ultracoat® Premium Base is a two-component, high-performance, water-based sanding sealer for all types of wood flooring – including exotic species – and is specifically designed to work with Ultracoat water-based finishes in high-traffic areas. Ultracoat Premium Base seals freshly sanded wood flooring and creates a base layer that isolates the finish coat from penetrating into the open wood surface. Ultracoat Premium Base is formulated to enable a single-coat application for most wood types.
