Application steps

Tuff blocks substrate

Breathable render
Apply the breathable render by trowel or rendering machine at a maximum thickness of 30 mm per layer.

Breathable skimming mortar
Apply the breathable skimcoat using a flat metal trowel at a maximum thickness of 3 mm per coat.

Silicate basecoat
Apply the filling primer by brush, roller or spray (no airless).

Silicate coating
Apply by stainless steel trowel in two coats according to grain size. Finish with plastic or sponge float.
