Application steps

Shotcrete MAPEQUICK + DYNAMON
Application of the first coat of shotcrete admixed with set accelerators and other admixtures.

Nailing and anchoring
Create anchors by injecting STABILCEM T in the rod hole using a screw pump. Wait 24 hours before straining the rods.

Waterproofing POLYDREN
Place the regularization layer against the substrate using mechanical fastenings such as Mapeplan Disk Fixing Element

Waterproofing MAPEPLAN PROTECTION
Spread the waterproof membrane on the whole cap and fasten it through thermal welding on the fixing elements.

Waterproofing MAPEPLAN PROTECTION
Spread the protection membrane on areas where the waterproof layer can be subject to wear, fasten through thermal welding to the underlying substrate.
6
Concrete DYNAMON
Casting of the inner concrete layer on site.
7
Finish
Apply the finishing epoxy paint in two coats on the clean and dry substrate by brush, spray or airless.
