Application steps

Two-component high-elasticity polyurethane adhesive
Apply the two-component adhesive using a notched trowel.

SBR rubber elastic mat for Mapecoat TNS systems MAPECOMFORT R
Apply the rubber mat on the whole playing surface.

Two-component epoxy primer in water dispersion for Mapecoat TNS systems
Apply the two-component primer by roller.

Flexible acrylic-base filler undercoat with rubber granules
Apply the filler undercoat using a smooth rubber trowel.

Coloured intermediate acrylic-based finish coat in water dispersion with selected aggregates
Apply the coloured intermediate layer using a smooth rubber trowel.

Coloured acrylic-base coating finish in water dispersion with selected aggregates (1st coat)
Apply the coloured coating using a smooth rubber trowel.

Coloured acrylic-base coating finish in water dispersion with selected aggregates (2nd coat)
Apply the coloured coating using a smooth rubber trowel.

Coloured acrylic-base paint in water dispersion with selected aggregates for playing surface markings
Apply the paint for playing surface markings using a roller or brush.
