Screed

Prepare levels and spread the mix by carefully tamping and floating the surface to obtain a better finish.

Primer

ECO PRIM T PLUS

Apply by brush or roller. Dilute according to the absorbency level of the substrate.

Self-levelle

PLANEX HR MAXI

Apply in one single coat 2 to 20 mm thick using a large metal trowel or a squeegee.

Band

MAPEGUARD ST

Place the bands and special parts on expansion joints and joints between horizontal and vertical surfaces, corners and edges, bonding them with MAPEGUM WPS.

Ready to use waterproofer

MAPEGUM WPS

Apply by long-pile roller, brush or spreader, evenly and in low thicknesses (approx 0.4- 0.5 mm per coat). Wait until the first coat is dry before applying the following one in a criss-cross pattern, using a smooth trowe.

Apply by notched trowel such as MAPEI n.1 or TKB A2 (in case of LVT with irregular and not flat back side, use MAPEI n.2 or 3 trowel or TKB.)

Polyurethane finish

MAPECOAT 4 LVT

Before installing of the product, carefully clean the surface of the LVT using a red or green ULTRACOAT PAD. After suitably diluting the two components in a ratio of comp. A : comp. B = 5 : 1 (by weight), proceed with the application of a cross coat using a short-pile roller (such as an ULTRACOAT ROLLER T3 or T5) or airless spray.
