Another important contribution to eco-sustainability is made through the development of products with improved mechanical performance characteristics and durability which, by enabling structures to be fabricated with an intrinsically longer service life, leads inevitably to a reduction of waste materials and lower consumption of materials and energy for their construction.

Since 2012 we have offset more than 80,000 tons of CO2 associated with the production of Keraflex Maxi S1 Zerø in Italy through the acquisition of environmental certified credits: in 2020 have been purchased credits for the project ‘Wind Based Power Generation’ in India.
This project enables electricity production by means of wind energy. Wind it’s a renewable and sustainable source of energy, it is capable to reduce drastically greenhouse gases emissions and it plays a significant role in climate change mitigation. The project actively contributes to improve living standards of local communities by creating employment opportunities. Furthermore, the project will lead to the construction of new infrastructures (i.e. roads) that could be instrumental to the economic growth of the region.
