Mapei at SAIE 2025

Mapei will take part in SAIE, the historic Italian construction trade fair, taking place from 23 to 25 October at the Fiera del Levante in Bari. At stand J16 in the New Pavilion, the company will showcase the latest technologies for the building industry, designed to help professionals tackle every challenge in the world of construction and design.

Sustainability and performance at the forefront

Taking center stage is the Zero Line*, a range of products with fully offset residual CO₂ emissions, combining high performance with a real environmental commitment. From Planitop Rasa&Ripara Zero and Mapefill Zero mortars to Mapelastic Zero and Monolastic Turbo Zero waterproofing systems, to adhesives such as Keraflex S1 Evolution Zero, Mapei offers comprehensive solutions for durable, safe and sustainable construction.

Colours take centre stage

Also at stand J16, Mapei presents the Chromie Mapei colour wall, an innovative project that combines display tools for points of sale with an engaging digital experience, guiding architects, designers and end customers to discover a new colour universe dedicated to wall paints. Also on display is Mapei Color, the revolutionary system for colour coordination of grouts, profiles and sealants, designed to enhance any environment with aesthetic precision and design consistency.

Tools for professionals

Alongside its products, Mapei offers Mapei PRO, a free platform available on the Mapei website and designed to support designers in every phase of their work. Mapei experts are on hand to guide visitors through the tool and its many advantages , including the Mapeshield Software Design module, which allows the sizing of galvanic cathodic protection systems for reinforced concrete structures, an essectial support ensuring safety and durability in project design.

Research and restoration

At SAIE 2025, also in the New Pavilion, at booth B20 in the Assorestauro area, Mapei hosts a second stand dedicated to the most advanced and compatible solutions for the conservation of historical and architectural heritage. This space is designed to highlight Mapei's presence in the world of restoration through a range of specific products developed to ensure effective interventions that respect the original materials.  Among them are Mape-Antique NHL Eco Restaura, available in different colours, ideal for the restoration of ancient masonry, and Mape-Antique NHL Eco Termo, a render designed for the insulation of historic buildings. Also on display at the stand are Mape-Antique NHL Eco Massetto and Mape-Antique NHL Eco Adesivo, innovative products born from the experience gained in large restoration projects, such as that of the Colosseum, confirming Mapei's constant research into combining tradition and technology.
