Sand/cement screeds

The Mapescreed range consists of specific products for the preparation of sand/cement screeds and lightweight screeds.

Mapescreed admixtures allow, through the use of local raw materials, to produce low thickness, quick-drying screeds, with high mechanical strength and suitable for high-load environments. Sand/cement screeds with Mapescreed admixtures have a low water/cement ratio and controlled hygrometric shrinkage, reducing the risk of cracking. Mapescreed products ensure better compaction and therefore greater isotropy of the material throughout the thickness of the screed. The Mapescreed range is ideal for both fast setting screeds and screeds made in hot climates to ensure construction schedules are met. Sand/Cement screeds made with Mapescreed admixtures guarantee the highest thermal standards, significantly improving the thermal conductivity index in heating systems according to EN 1264-4.
