Self-levelling epoxy system with for antistatic, conductive industrial floors; thickness 1.5 to 2 mm.

MAPEFLOOR SYSTEM AS is a selflevelling epoxy system used to form anti-static conductive industrial floors which are highly resistant to chemicals and physical aggression, waterproof, impermeable to aggressive substances and liquids in general and resistant to frequent cleaning. Coatings made using MAPEFLOOR SYSTEM AS also have an attractive finish.

Areas of use:

Electric or safety industries such as store rooms or areas used to stock and process inflammable or explosive substances; Clean rooms and hospitals; Pharmaceuticals industry; Data Centers.

ADVANTAGES:

Electrically conductive, discharges build-up of static electricity to earthing points. (Resistance to earthing RE (EN 1081) Ohm 104 <RE <106)
Resistant to sparks in accordance with UFGS-09 97 23 and UFGS-09 67 23.14, resin systems for floors
Meets ATEX 137 requirements
Meets WHG requirements
Smooth finish
Dust-repellent and waterproofing
High resistance to wear and abrasion from continuous pedestrian traffic and frequent washing
Resistant to most aggressive chemical products
Easy to clean and sanitise
Quick to apply, reduces the time required to carry out work so minimises production down times
