Primer

MAPECOAT I 600 W

After suitable preparation of the substrate apply MAPECOAT I 600 W epoxy primer in water dispersion.

Epoxy mortar + filler MAPEFLOOR I 900 + QUARZO 0,25 - 0,5 - 0,9 - 1,2 - 1,9

Apply the mortar made of MAPEFLOOR I 900 epoxy binder and QUARTZ 1.9 sand on the primer while still fresh, then compact and smooth the surface.

Epoxy formulation in water dispersion + colouring paste MAPEFLOOR I 500 W + MAPECOLOR PASTE (3 coats)

Apply 3 skimcoats of MAPEFLOOR I 500 W epoxy formulation in water dispersion, coloured with MAPECOLOR PASTE.

Foam cord + sealant MAPEFOAM + MAPEFLEX PU35 CR

MAPEFLEX PU 35 CR

Cut and seal joints with MAPEFLEX PU35 CR polyurethane sealant for food environments, after inserting MAPEFOAM polyethilene cord in the joints.
