Application steps

Stone masonry

Chemical anchor
Drill holes with 16 mm diameter (5 holes each m²), remove dust and extrude the chemical anchor in the holes.

Glass-fibre connector MAPENET EM CONNECTOR or MAPENET EMR CONNECTOR
Place connectors in the previously drilled holes.

Fibre-reinforced mortar MAPE-ANTIQUE NHL ECO STRUTTURALE 10 or MAPE-ANTIQUE NHL ECO STRUTTURALE
Apply the fibre-reinforced mortar by trowel or rendering machine in one first coat 1.5 cm thick.

Alkali-resistant glass fibre mesh CRM SYSTEM - MAPENET EM30 or CRM SYSTEM - MAPENET EM40 or CRM SYSTEM - MAPENET EMR 33 / CRM SYSTEM - MAPENET EMR 66 / CRM SYSTEM - MAPENET EMR 99
Place the glass fibre mesh and gently press it with the smooth trowel so that it adheres perfectly to the mortar.

Fibre-reinforced mortar MAPE-ANTIQUE NHL ECO STRUTTURALE 10 or MAPE-ANTIQUE NHL ECO STRUTTURALE
Apply the fibre-reinforced mortar by trowel or rendering machine in a second coat 1.5 cm thick to completely cover the mesh and connectors.

Breathable render
Apply the breathable render using a flat metal trowel at a maximum thickness of 2 mm per coat.

Siloxane basecoat
Apply the primer by brush, roller or spray.

Siloxane paint
Once the primer is dry apply the paint with a brush, roller or spray. 2 coats are required to ensure complete, effective hiding.
