Application steps

Existing masonry

Fibre-reinforced mortar
MAPEWALL RENDER & STRENGTHEN or MAPEWALL RENDER & STRENGTHEN 10
Apply a first layer of product 1.5 cm thick with a trowel or rendering machine.

Alkali-resistant fiberglass mesh
CRM SYSTEM - MAPENET EMR 33 or CRM SYSTEM - MAPENET EMR 66 or CRM SYSTEM - MAPENET EMR 99
Place the mesh on the mortar and press it down lightly with a flat trowel so that it adheres perfectly to the mortar.

Connector
MAPENET EMR CONNECTOR
Chemical anchor
MAPEFIX VE SF
Position the connectors with MAPEFIX VE SF in the holes drilled previously.

Fibre-reinforced mortar
MAPEWALL RENDER & STRENGTHEN or MAPEWALL RENDER & STRENGTHEN 10
Apply a second layer of product 1.5 cm thick with a trowel or rendering machine so that it completely covers the mesh and connectors.

Breathable skimming mortar
Apply the product to create a lime-based breathable skim coat.

Siloxane undercoat
Apply the primer with a brush, roller or by spray.

Siloxane paint
Apply 2 coats of paint with a brush, roller or by spray.
