Consolidation of damaged vault roof with lime-based, cement-free injection slurry and breathable siloxane finish

Application steps

Brick vault

Coloured masonry mortar
Carry out pointing of joints and place tubes for the injection of slurry.

Injection slurry
Inject the slurry to fill hollows within the vault.

Breathable render
Apply the breathable render by trowel or rendering machine at a maximum thickness of 30 mm per coat.

Siloxane basecoat
Apply the filling primer by brush, roller or spray (no airless).

Siloxane coating
Apply by stainless steel trowel in one or two coats depending on grain size. Finish using a plastic or sponge float.
