Closed-cell expanded polyethylene filling for joints

Mechanical cleaning of internal walls of joints and cracks to be sealed. Sizing of correct depth of sealant using MAPEFOAM filling cord, placed on the bottom of the joint or crack.

Flexible sealants’ adhesion improving treatment on the side of the joints

If needed, apply PRIMER FD by brush on the sides of the joints in order to improve the flexible sealant’s adhesion.

Sealant and adhesive with low modulus of elasticity for joints and cracks

Extrude MAPEFLEX MS 40 flush with the surface to seal expansion, contraction or connection joints in the flooring.

Smoothing emulsion for surface finish of flexible sealants

ULTRACARE SMOOTH SILICONE

Surface smoothing of fresh sealant using ULTRACARE SMOOTH SILICONE.
