Application steps

Asphalt

Adhesive
Apply the two-component polyurethane adhesive on the asphalt surface using a notched trowel.

Granular rubber mat
Unroll the rubber mat and bond it on the whole playing surface while applying the adhesive.

Primer
Apply one coat of primer by roller.

Acrylic-based flexible filler undercoat with SBR rubber granules
Apply one layer of undercoat using a smooth rubber trowel.

Acrylic resin
Apply one coat of coloured coating using a smooth rubber trowel.

Acrylic resin
Apply the first coat of coloured finish using a smooth rubber trowel or roller.

Acrylic resin
Apply the second coat of coloured finish using a smooth rubber trowel or roller.

Acrylic resin
Apply one coat of coloured finish to mark playing surfaces by roller or brush.
