Application steps

Stone masonry

Chemical anchor
Drill holes with 16 mm diameter (5 holes per m²), remove the excess dust and extrude the chemical anchor in the holes.

Glass fibre connectors MAPENET EMR CONNECTOR
Place the connector inside the hole with chemical anchor.

Fibre-reinforced mortar MAPE-ANTIQUE NHL ECO STRUTTURALE 10 or MAPE-ANTIQUE NHL ECO STRUTTURALE
Apply the fibre-reinforced mortar by trowel or rendering machine in a first coat 1.5 cm thick.

Preformed glass fibre mesh (GFRP) CRM SYSTEM - MAPENET EMR 33 / CRM SYSTEM - MAPENET EMR 66 / CRM SYSTEM - MAPENET EMR 99
Place meshes and corner elements according to previously installed connectors and then press with a flat trowel so that they adhere well to the structural render. Overlap adjacent pieces by at least 15 cm.

Fibre reinforced mortar MAPE-ANTIQUE NHLECO STRUTTURALE 10 or MAPE-ANTIQUE NHL ECO STRUTTURALE
Apply the fibre reinforced mortar by trowel or rendering machine in a second coat 1.5 cm thick so that mesh and connectors are completely covered.

Breathable skimming mortar
Apply the breathable skimming mortar using a flat metal trowel at a maximum thickness of 2 mm per coat.

Siloxane basecoat
Apply the primer by brush, roller or spray.

Siloxane paint
Apply the paint by brush, roller or spray in at least two coats.
