Existing vault.

Fibre-reinforced mortar PLANITOP HDM MAXI or PLANITOP HDM RESTAURO

Regularise walls with a first layer of two-component high ductility fibre-reinforced mortar at 5 - 6 mm thickness.

Structural glass-fiber or basalt-fibre mesh MAPEGRID G 220 or MAPEGRID B 250

Place the alkali resistant glass fibre or basalt fibre mesh on the fresh layer of mortar, taking care to overlap the adjacent meshes longitudinally by approx. 15 cm.

Fibre-reinforced mortar PLANITOP HDM MAXI or PLANITOP HDM RESTAURO

Apply the second coat of two-component high-ductility fibre-reinforced mortar at 5 - 6 mm thickness on the installed mesh, while the first coat of product is still fresh.

Skimming mortar

Spread the skimming mortar using a flat metal trowel at a maximum thickness of 2 mm.

Silicate primer

SILEXCOLOR PRIMER

Apply the primer by brush, roller or spray.

Silicate paint

SILEXCOLOR PITTURA

Apply the silicate paint in 2 coats by brush, roller or spray.
