Remove existing render from the substrate

Fibre-reinforced mortar

Apply an even coat of mortar 5-6 mm thick using a flat metal trowel and regularise the wall so that a flat surface is obtained.

Alkali resistant glass fibre mesh

After applying the first coat of mortar place the mesh by pressing it with a flat trowel so that it adheres perfectly to the mortar.

Chemical anchor

Remove dust from the previously drilled holes and extrude the chemical anchor inside of them.

Galvanized steel fibre cord

Insert connection cords inside the holes.

Fibre reinforced mortar

Apply a second even coat of mortar 5-6 mm thick on the first coat while still fresh, to completely cover the embedded mesh.

Water-repellent highly adhesive cementitious skimming mortar

Apply the cementitious skimming mortar by flat metal trowel at a maximum thickness of 3 mm.
