Apply by trowel or spreader to carry out cold joints to create the adherent screed.

Screed

TOPCEM PRONTO

Create the screed adhering to the substrate on a layer of fresh EPORIP epoxy resin: prepare levels and spread the mix by carefully tamping and floating the surface to obtain a better finish.

Adhesive

ELASTORAPID

Apply the adhesive using the double-buttering technique with a notched trowel of a suitable size depending on the type and size of the tiles, so as to ensure an adequate wetting of the back of the tiles. While installing the tiles use levelling systems from the MAPELEVEL line to maintain the correct width for the grouts and to reduce lippage between adjacent tiles.

Grout

When the adhesive has set, fill the joints in their whole depth with the selected grout using a rubber trowel, taking care not to leave gaps or steps. After grouting with epoxy grouts, wash off the excess product with a damp cellulose sponge or a damp abrasive pad (such as a Scotch-Brite® pad). If needed, carry out a final cleaning with ULTRACARE KERAPOXY CLEANER.

Sealant

MAPEFLEX PU 35 CR

Seal corners, edges and expansion joints after inserting MAPEFOAM to set the correct depth. and then finish off the surface of the sealant with ULTRACARE SMOOTH SILICONE.

Render

PLANITOP FAST 330 ZERO

Apply the skimming mortar to regularize or restore the render’s vertical surface, using a smooth trowel.
