Existing plastc-coated substrate

The plastic coating must be well bonded to the substrate and have no cracks or blisters.

White fibre-reinforced lime-cement waterrepellent skimming mortar PLANITOP RASO MAX - 1^st coat

Apply the first coat on the sound, clean and dampened substrate with a flat trowel.

Glass fibre reinforcing mesh

Place the mesh on the first coat of the skimming mortar while still fresh and press it down with a metal trowel into the mortar.

White fibre-reinforced lime-cement waterrepellent skimming mortar PLANITOP RASO MAX - 2^nd coat

Apply the second coat with a flat metal trowel so that it completely covers the mesh.

Siloxane primer

SILANCOLOR PRIMER

Apply the product with a brush, roller or by spray to even out the surface and promote adhesion of the successive coat of paint.

Siloxane hygienising paint

SILANCOLOR PITTURA ZERO

Once the primer is dry apply the paint with a brush, roller or spray. 2 coats are required to ensure complete, effective hiding.
