Existing plastc-coated substrate

White fibre-reinforced lime-cement waterrepellent skimming mortar PLANITOP RASO MAX - 1st coat
Apply the first coat on the sound, clean and dampened substrate with a flat trowel.

Glass fibre reinforcing mesh
Place the mesh on the first coat of the skimming mortar while still fresh and press it down with a metal trowel into the mortar.

White fibre-reinforced lime-cement waterrepellent skimming mortar PLANITOP RASO MAX - 2nd coat
Apply the second coat with a flat metal trowel so that it completely covers the mesh.

Siloxane primer
Apply the product with a brush, roller or by spray to even out the surface and promote adhesion of the successive coat of paint.
6
Siloxane paint
Once the primer is dry apply the paint with a brush, roller or spray. 2 coats are required to ensure complete, effective hiding.
