2
Rebar passivating mortar
Thoroughly brush the steel bar and apply two coats of product with a brush to form a protective, anticorrosion and re-alkalising layer at least 2 mm thick for the reinforcement rods.
3
Repairing mortar
Pour the mortar in a constant flow from one side only into the formwork, making sure that all the air is expelled. There is no need to vibrate the mortar after pouring.
4
Acrylic primer
Apply the product with a brush, roller or by spray to even out the surface and promote adhesion of the successive coat of paint.
5
Protective elastomeric paint
Once the primer is dry, apply the paint with a brush, roller or by spray. When applying with a brush or roller, 2 coats are required to ensure complete, effective hiding.
