1
Lean concrete.
2
Slurry walls bulkhead.
3
Top beam.

Two-component flexible cementitious mortar MAPELASTIC FOUNDATION after levelling of slurry wall using fibre-reinforced thixotropic mortar MAPEGROUT 430 ZERO
Two-component flexible cementitious mortar MAPELASTIC FOUNDATION after levelling of slurry wall using fibre-reinforced thixotropic mortar MPEGROUT 430 ZERO. Regularise (if necessary) the top beam with the thixotropic mortar and then apply the product in two coats by roller for a total thickness of at least 2 mm.
5
Bentonite sheet
Spread the bentonite sheet over the entire horizontal surface and fold it over the slurry wall. Overlap the different sheets lengthwise, joining them with nails and MAPEPROOF CD.
Apply the hydro-expanding acrylic profile at the midspan section of the construction joint.
7
Concrete structure admixed with DYNAMON
Add DYNAMON superplasticiser admixture to the concrete mix. Dosage varies in percentage by weight of the cement used. Idrocrete KR1000 is a crystalising admixture to be added to the mix to create waterproof concrete.
