Application steps

Tuff masonry

Fibre-reinforced mortar MAPE-ANTIQUE NHL ECO STRUTTURALE 10 or MAPE-ANTIQUE NHL ECO STRUTTURALE
Apply the render by trowel or rendering machine as levelling layer at least 1 cm thick.

Adhesion promoter
Apply the primer diluted at 1:1 ratio with water using a brush, roller or spray.

Waterproof protective finish
Apply the product by roller in two coats for a total thickness of at least 2 mm.

Breathable scratch coat
Apply the scratch coat by trowel or rendering machine at a thickness of 0.5 cm to completely cover the substrate.

Dehumidifying render
Apply the render by trowel or rendering machine at minimum 1 cm thickness.

Breathable skimming mortar
Apply the skimming mortar with a smooth metal trowel at 2mm thickness per coat.

Silicate primer
Apply the primer by brush, roller or spray.

Silicate paint
Once the primer is dry apply the paint with a brush, roller or spray. 2 coats are required to ensure complete, effective hiding.
