Bentonite sheet

MAPEPROOF

Spread the bentonite sheet over the entire horizontal surface and fold it over the perimeter formwork. Overlap the different sheets lengthwise, joining them with nails and MAPEPROOF CD washers.

Primer

PRIMER 3296

Apply a coat of primer diluted 1:1 with water to all horizontal and vertical surfaces using a roller.

Waterproofing cementitious mortar (2 coats)

MAPELASTIC FOUNDATION

Apply the product in 2 coats using a roller, for a total thickness of minimum 2 mm.

Bentonitic paste

MAPEPROOF MASTIC

Apply the bentonite paste with a spatula where the wall meets the foundation nut. Place a strip of bentonite membrane over it to join MAPELASTIC FOUNDATION and MAPEPROOF applied under the slab.

Washers MAPEPROOF CD

Fasten the bentonite sheets to the substrate and at the overlaps using washers and nails.

Epoxy adhesive

ADESILEX PG4

Apply a first coat of product using a smooth trowel.

TPE band

MAPEBAND TPE

Lay the elastic band for fittings and joints on the first coat of ADESILEX PG4 while it is still wet.

Epoxy adhesive ADESILEX PG4 broadcast with QUARZO 0,25 - 0,5 - 0,9 - 1,2 - 1,9

Apply the second coat of product to cover the edge of MAPEBAND TPE band and then broadcast with Quartz 0.5 while the product is still fresh.

Prefabricated self-adhesive bitumen membrane ADESOGUARD SA produced by Polyglass

Cold-apply the membrane without using naked flames, ensuring total adhesion by removing the single-sided silicone film on the self-adhesive underside and on the side selvedges. Overlap the membrane, respecting the dimensions of the selvedges on the roll (at least 10 cm on the sides and 15 cm at the top), and then roll it down properly. The membrane on the vertical surface should extend at least 15 cm above the finished level of the soil, and should be fastened mechanically at the top and protected by the metal sealing profile and the protective drainage system.
