Application of the first layer of shotcrete admixed with set accelerators and other admixtures.

Place the regularization layer against the substrate using mechanical anchors.

Apply the fixing disks by nailing them through the underlying regularization layer.

Waterproofing membrane

Spread the waterproof membrane on the whole cap and fasten it through thermal welding on the fixing disks.

Place waterstop profiles on structural joints to waterproof them and fasten through thermal welding.

Backup injection system IDROSTOP MULTI + MAPEPLAN END BOX

Preparation of the structural joint waterproofing system by laying Idrostop Multi injectable hoses in correspondence with the Waterstop profiles, with subsequent arrangement of the post-casting injection points through suitable preparation of the hose junction boxes (Mapeplan End Box).

Prefabricated PVC drain profile MAPEPLAN DRAINAGE PROFILE

Installation of the prefabricated drain profile with aggregate filling and suitable drainage network. Fasten to waterproofing membrane through thermal welding.
