Other L'intervento Mapei ha previsto la preparazione dei supporti con MAPEFER e MAPEGROUT TISSOTROPICO.
Inoltre l’intera superficie delle facciate è stata rasata interamente con PLANITOP 200.
Per l’intervento di finitura del cls, murature intonacate e mattoni a vista, sono stati utilizzati diversi prodotti: ELASTOCOLOR PRIMER ed ELASTOCOLOR PITTURA, QUARZOLITE BASE COAT e QUARZOLITE TONACHINO, MALECH, COLORITE PERFORMANCE e QUARZOLITE PITTURA.
L’impermeabilizzazione di balconi e terrazzi è stata effettuata con MAPELASTIC e la posa di gres porcellanato 25x25 con ADESILEX P9.
