Concrete substrate

Primer + broadacst PRIMER SN + QUARZO 0,25 - 0,5 - 0,9 - 1,2 - 1,9

After suitable preparation of the substrate apply PRIMER SN fillerized with QUARTZ 0.5 sand and then broadcast up to saturation with the same type of quartz.

High-elasticity polyurethane membrane MAPEFLOOR PU 400 LV + quartz sand QUARZO 0,25 - 0,5 - 0,9 - 1,2 - 1,9

Once the surface has hardened and has been thoroughly vacuumed, apply MAPEFLOOR PU 400 LV epoxy formulation in water dispersion fillerized with QUARTZ 0.25 sand.

Self-levelling polyurethane elastic binder + colouring paste + quartz sand + broadcast MAPEFLOOR PU 410 + MAPECOLOR PASTE + QUARZO 0,25 - 0,5 - 0,9 - 1,2 - 1,9

Once the surface has hardened apply MAPEFLOOR PU 410 self-levelljng epoxy formulation fillerized with QUARTZ 0.25 and coloured with the specific colouring paste Mapecolor Paste. Then broadcast up to saturation with QUARTZ 0.9 or QUARTZ 1.2 sand according to the anti-slip level required.
