Concrete structure

Primer PRIMER SN + QUARZO 0,25 - 0,5 - 0,9 - 1,2 - 1,9

Apply the primer by trowel in two coats and broadcast with QUARTZ 0.5 while still fresh.

Waterproofing PURTOP EASY + PURTOP ADY

Apply the product in one coat by trowel or spray at a total thickness of at least 1.2 mm.

Drainage layer POLYFOND KIT DRAIN

Lay the draining membrane on the dry waterproof layer before filling with soil.

Coloured finish

MAPECOAT PU 20 N

Apply the aliphatic finish mixed with filler in two thin coats using a roller.

Adhesive

KERALASTIC

Apply the adhesive using the double-buttering technique with a notched trowel of a suitable size depending on the type and size of the tiles, so as to ensure an adequate wetting of the back of the tiles. While installing the tiles use levelling systems from the MAPELEVEL range to maintain the correct width for the grouts and to reduce lippage between adjacent tiles.

Grout

ULTRACOLOR PLUS

When the adhesive has set, fill the joints in their whole depth with the selected grout using a rubber trowel, taking care not to leave gaps or steps. When the grout loses its plasticity, wash off the excess product with a damp hard cellulose sponge. They may also be finished off while the product is partially hardened by going over the surface with a damp abrasive pad (such as a Scotch-Brite® pad). Remove any cementitious residues with ULTRACARE KERANET.

Sealant MAPESIL AC ECO + MAPEFOAM

Seal the perimeter joints after inserting MAPEFOAM to set the correct depth. and then finish off the surface of the sealant with ULTRACARE SMOOTH SILICONE.
