Application steps

Substrate
The substrate must be clean, dry and mechanically strong. There must be no rising damp coming from the substrate.

Primer PRIMER SN + QUARZO 0,25 - 0,5 - 0,9 - 1,2 - 1,9 (for vertical surfaces: PRIMER GRIP WHITE or PRIMER LT)
After preparing the substrate as specified, apply the epoxy primer fillerized with QUARTZ 0.5 and broadcast the surface with the same type of quartz sand (for vertical surfaces: PRIMER GRIP WHITE or PRIMER LT according to the type of substrate).

Trowellable cementitious paste
Apply the coarse-textured trowellable cementitious paste with added pigments according to the colour required.

Adhesion promoter
Apply a coat of one-component acrylic adhesion promoter diluted 1:1 in weight with water to act as an impregnator and porosity blocker.

Trowellable cementitious paste
Apply the coarse-textured trowellable cementitious paste with added pigments according to the colour required.

Acrylic porosity blocking formulate
Apply the one-component acrylic formulate to act as a porosity blocker.
7
Finishing range MAPEFLOOR FINISH
Protect the surface by applying 1 or 2 coats of two-component polyurethane finish from the MAPEFLOOR FINISH range.
