MAPEI offers solutions for both sports and landscape installations. For sports installations we offer Ultrabond Turf PU 2K Accelerator, which can be used with Ultrabond Turf PU 2K to speed up the reaction of the product in cooler weather.
In addition to a wide range of standard color offerings, our Mapecoat TNS color coatings, Mapecoat TNS Binder, Mapecoat TNS Finish 3 and Mapecoat TNS Line Tex can be tinted to match customer-supplied color samples and digital standards using our Colormap™ color-matching system.
MAPEI’s landscape turf products were designed exclusively for the installer for easier, more budget-friendly applications. MAPEI’s sports turf products are designed to create the strongest and best-performing installations in the industry and are engineered to provide world-class performance.
Mapecoat TNS systems can be installed on new or existing asphalt or concrete slabs. On fresh concrete, a layer of Mapecoat TNS Primer EPW is applied first to provide excellent adhesion under the selected hard or cushioned system. For existing slabs with cracking, either the Mapecoat TNS Reinforced or Mapecoat TNS Comfort Elite system can be used to prevent non-structural cracks from coming through the new surface.
Mapecoat TNS products are manufactured by a family-owned company under ISO management standards to ensure product and service quality. Our Mapecoat TNS color coatings are QUV-tested to 2,000 hours and are tested for abrasion, tensile strength and elongation. Our Comfort and Comfort Elite systems are independently tested for force reduction. Additionally, Mapecoat TNS coatings are formulated with low VOCs.
MAPEI is committed to using innovative, sustainable and low-VOC materials to ensure that our products have the lowest impact on the environment possible. Because of this, MAPEI does not offer a solvent-based synthetic turf product.
MAPEI is committed to offering a wide range of products designed to provide solutions for every problem. While one-component synthetic turf adhesives are easier to use, they are not always the best option as they cure/set much slower when the air is cold or dry. In contrast, MAPEI’s two-component synthetic turf adhesives use a catalyst system to ensure that they cure quickly and predictably even in harsh conditions.
