Keraflex Super

Keraflex ® Super is a highly versatile, nonsag/nonslump, large-and-heavy-tile mortar and thin-set mortar for tile and stone for installations on floors, walls and countertops. This polymer-modified mortar has a high content of a unique dry polymer, resulting in excellent adhesion to the substrate and tile, with enhanced resistance to freeze/thaw environments. This product features a very low emission of volatile organic compounds and includes an offset of greenhouse gas emissions. It is formulated with Easy Glide Technology ™ for ease of application and with a consistency that allows adjustability when used with lippage control systems. Kerapoxy IEG CQ

100%-Solids, Industrial-Grade, Epoxy Grout with Color-Coated Quartz Kerapoxy IEG CQ is a water-cleanable, 100%-solids, epoxy grout with high chemical and stain resistance. It is a nonshrinking, nonsagging, fast-curing, efflorescence-free grout. Color-coated quartz dramatically improves its cleanability, so that Kerapoxy IEG CQ leaves very little film residue during cleanup of excess grout with a grout float. The color-coated quartz also eliminates pigment bleed, so tiles are not stained during installation. This grout is perfectly suited for use in commercial kitchens, meat packing houses, and any commercial and institutional floors that require daily cleaning with enzymatic cleaners. Kerapoxy IEG CQ is ideal for applications where high-strength, mold- and mildew-resistant grout joints are required. In addition, it has high temperature resistance and can be steam-cleaned.

Kerapoxy CQ

Premium, Epoxy Grout and Mortar with Color-Coated Quartz Kerapoxy CQ is a two-component, 100%-solids, epoxy grout and mortar that is nonsagging/nonslumping in joints up to 3/8" (10 mm) in width, water-cleanable and easy to apply. Kerapoxy CQ uses a proprietary aggregate to achieve its durable color, making it excellent for countertops, high-traffic areas, and areas needing stain and chemical resistance. Easy to maintain, Kerapoxy CQ will clean to the original color and contains BioBlock technology to help protect against mold and mildew. Kerapoxy CQ does not contribute to efflorescence and has excellent resistance to chemicals, staining, alkalinity, chlorine, cracking and color deterioration.

Ultracolor ® Plus FA – with DropEffect ™ technology and CO 2 emissions fully offset in the product's life cycle – is an ultra premium, fine-aggregate, fast-setting, polymer-modified, color-consistent, nonshrinking, efflorescence-free grout for joint widths from 1/16" to 3/4" (1.5 to 19 mm). DropEffect reduces surface absorption to help repel water, dirt and grime from penetrating grout joints. Ultracolor Plus FA is specially formulated with MAPEI’s High-Hydrated Cement Technology (HCT ™ ) to eliminate common problems such as color consistency and efflorescence. MAPEI Flexcolor 3D

MAPEI Flexcolor ® 3D is a professional-grade, ready-to-use (RTU) translucent specialty grout with an “iridescent effect” finish. It is offered in 10 designer colors with translucent characteristics that not only reflect but also refract light. This allows the grout to transition in color to complement the tile color. The “translucent effect” is most noticeable with the color Crystal Moon (#5201), while the other nine colors exhibit a more pronounced “iridescent effect.” MAPEI Flexcolor 3D is also formulated for commercial and residential interior installations of porcelain, ceramic, glass and natural-stone tiles. Plus, the dense surface structure of the grout helps to prevent water-based stains on the grout surface. MAPEI Flexcolor 3D is formulated with the latest innovation in recycled glass-bead aggregate, which ensures color consistency, ease of cleanability and improved workability. In addition, this grout can be used on sensitive tile surfaces once tested, requires no sealer and cures naturally from evaporation. Comparison testing of MAPEI Flexcolor 3D versus traditional Portland-cement grout has verified that MAPEI Flexcolor 3D requires 65% less time to install than powder grouts.

Planipatch ® is an ultra fast-drying, self-curing, polymer-modified, cement-based patching compound that rapidly develops high compressive strength. When Planipatch is mixed with Planipatch Plus ® , the Planipatch Plus System can be used as an embossing leveler or as a patch to fill voids over properly prepared vinyl sheet goods, vinyl composition tile (VCT) and cement terrazzo before the direct glue-down installation of floor coverings.

Mapeguard UM 35 [NA]

Mapeguard ® UM 35 [NA] is an uncoupling, crack-isolation, waterproofing and vapor-management membrane made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) with a rough surface and polypropylene fabric backing. Mapeguard UM 35 [NA] is designed for installing ceramic and stone tile, including over existing non- cushioned resilient flooring, ceramic tile and stone tile. It is designed to perform over challenging substrates, such as young concrete and single-layer 3/4" (19 mm) plywood subfloors with joist spacing of up to 19.2" (49 cm) on center.

Quick-Setting, High-Compressive-Strength, Self-Leveling Underlayment Ultraplan M20 Plus is a calcium-aluminate-based, quick-setting, self-leveling underlayment and topping. It is specially formulated for the resurfacing and construction of interior horizontal surfaces as a high-compressive-strength underlayment with maximum resistance to wheel tracking and indentations. Ultraplan M20 Plus is suitable for use as a commercial wear topping in warehouse and alternate industrial applications where an exceptional flat and smooth concrete surface is desired.

Professional, Self-Leveling Underlayment Novoplan 2 Plus is a high-strength, self-leveling, cement-based underlayment and repair mix for interior concrete and engineer-approved floors.

Mapesand Fine

Calibrated, 20/40 Mesh Sand Mapesand Fine is a calibrated, washed and oven-dried, 20/40 mesh silica sand for use as an extender for Planitex SL gypsum self-leveling underlayment, and to improve the bond of resin and epoxy primers with self-leveling and topping compounds.

Planitex SLF

Fiber-Reinforced, Gypsum, Self-Leveling Underlayment Planitex SLF is a fiber-reinforced, gypsum-based, self-leveling underlayment with enhanced flexural strength. It resists cracking and provides an exceptionally smooth, hard surface for use in dry, interior residential and commercial areas. Planitex SLF provides an excellent substrate for a wide variety of floor coverings. Planitex SLF can also be used to cover radiant or in-floor heating systems.

Mapesand Coarse

Calibrated, 16/30 Mesh Sand Mapesand Coarse is a calibrated, washed and oven-dried, 16/30 mesh silica sand for use with resin and epoxy primers to create texture, which is necessary for the primer to bond with self-leveling and topping compounds.

MAPEI Self-Leveling Mixing Barrel Cart

Barrel Cart for Mixing Self-Levelers MAPEI Self-Leveling Mixing Barrel Cart is designed to improve efficiency in barrel-mixing MAPEI self-leveling underlayments, toppings and mortars that require jobsite mixing. The cart’s barrel band attaches snugly to the MAPEI Self-Leveling Mixing Barrel (sold separately), holding it fast during mixing and keeping it in place during material pouring/placement. MAPEI Self-Leveling Mixing Barrel Cart has been designed to roll easily over textured surfaces and enables easy, precise placement of the mix. The double-handle design allows for the cart to be easily moved and tipped, reducing strain on the cart body and controlling the material placement.

Spiked Roller for Self-Leveling Products MAPEI Self-Leveling Spike Roller has been designed specifically for cement- and gypsum-based self-leveling underlayments and toppings. The spikes are 2" (5 cm) in length, making it easy to work with deep pours of material. The shape of the spikes is also designed to cut through the material easily, creating a much smoother, homogenous material. Measuring 20" (51 cm) in width, MAPEI Self-Leveling Spike Roller enables quick work on large surface areas.

Fast-Drying, Textured Primer for Nonporous Substrates Primer X is a fast-drying, high-performance, low-VOC, water-based, acrylic primer. It is textured to enhance the performance and adhesion of self-leveling underlayments over 100%-solids, epoxy moisture barriers and other nonporous substrates.

ECO Prim Grip

Multipurpose, Bond-Promoting Primer ECO Prim Grip is a ready-to-use, low-VOC, synthetic resin-based primer with bond-promoting silica aggregates suspended in dispersion. It enhances the performance and adhesion of mortars to existing ceramics and difficult-to-bond-to substrates. Plus, it improves bonding of self-leveling underlayments (SLUs) and bonds of render coats over cementitious substrates. Suitable for a wide variety of substrates, ECO Prim Grip combines excellent versatility with an easy, low-odor application.

Deep-Pour, Self-Leveling Compound Novoplan DPL is a self-leveling, calcium-aluminate-based underlayment and repair mix for interior concrete and engineer-approved floors and is capable of being placed up to 4" (10 cm) in a single lift.

Ultraplan HFL

High-Flow, Fast-Setting, Self-Leveling Underlayment Ultraplan HFL is a high-flow, high-compression-strength, calcium-aluminate-cement-based, self-leveling underlayment. Its unique flow properties allow for easy placement and a super-flat finished surface with minimal effort. Ultraplan HFL ’s fast setting time allows for floor-covering installation within 3 hours of placement.

MAPEI Self-Leveling Mixing Kit

MAPEI Self-Leveling Mixing Kit consists of a 15-gallon (56.8 L) double-handled mixing barrel with a lid, 1" (2.5 cm) spike shoes, a 5-quart (4.73 L) measuring pitcher, an oval mixing paddle, a smoother, a gauge rake and a three-part broom handle.

Primer L

Primer L ™ is a concentrated, solvent-free acrylic primer used before the installation of underlayment materials. It is green for easy identification. Primer L improves the bond between a properly prepared and profiled concrete substrate, and a self-leveling underlayment. Primer L can also be used as a primer for gypsum-based underlayments and patches.

Mapeguard WP 200

Waterproofing Sheet Membrane for Ceramic Tile and Stone Mapeguard WP 200 is a thin, flexible polyethylene sheet membrane with a nonwoven, polypropylene fabric on both sides, used for both waterproofing and crack isolation in interior/exterior residential and commercial applications. The laminated fabric webbing is designed to anchor the membrane to the substrate and tiles to the membrane using the bonded thin-set method with recommended, polymer-modified mortars. Mapeguard WP 200 ’s low perm rating performance is ideal for vapor protection in showers, wet areas and steam rooms.

Ultraplan Extreme 2

Weather-Resistant, High-Compressive-Strength, Self-Leveling Underlayment Ultraplan Extreme 2 is an advanced, hydraulic-cement-based, self-leveling compound designed for fast-track underlayment applications. It is especially formulated for leveling interior, horizontal concrete surfaces where environmental controls are not operational or the building is not enclosed. Once installed, Ultraplan Extreme 2 is not affected by exposure to intermittent rain exposure after 6 hours or to freezing temperatures after 3 days of curing. Its high compressive strength is designed to allow it to be exposed to traffic as a temporary wear layer until the floor is covered with floor covering. Ultraplan Extreme 2 has no moisture vapor emission limitations and can be installed without testing on properly prepared concrete substrates. It is the self-leveling compound of choice for use under moisture-controlling adhesive systems and epoxy moisture barriers.

Mapelastic

Flexible, Cementitious Membrane for Waterproofing and Protecting Concrete and Masonry Mapelastic is a two-component cementitious membrane that waterproofs concrete and masonry. It also offers protection against chemical attack from de-icing salts, sulfates, chlorides and carbon dioxide.

Primer E

Primer E ™ is a two-component, 100%-solids, epoxy primer and bonding agent designed for use with MAPEI self-leveling underlayments using MAPEI’s sand broadcast method. Primer E is the most effective method for bonding to nonporous, dense substrates before installing self-leveling underlayments subject to high stress. Primer E ’s low viscosity makes installation fast and easy, and provides excellent penetration into the substrate and therefore a tenacious bond.

Planipatch Plus

High-Performance Additive for Planipatch Planipatch Plus is an acrylic latex additive for use specifically with Planipatch fast-setting, polymer-modified, cement-based patching compound. Mixing Planipatch Plus undiluted with Planipatch allows it to be used over a variety of substrates including vinyl composition tile (VCT), felt-backed sheet vinyl, cutback adhesive residue and MAPEI moisture barriers.

Primer T

Primer T ™ is a low-VOC, magenta-colored, water-based acrylic primer that enhances the performance and adhesion of self-leveling underlayments (SLUs) on nonporous and porous substrates. Suitable for a wide variety of substrates, Primer T combines excellent versatility with easy, low-odor application.

Mapecem Quickpatch

Mapecem ® Quickpatch is a high-performance, fast-setting, cementitious material used for the patching of concrete surfaces. This product features a very low emission of volatile organic compounds and includes an offset of greenhouse gas emissions.

Ultraplan Lite

Ultraplan ® Lite is a polymer-modified, calcium-aluminate-based, lightweight, self-drying, self-leveling underlayment. It has been specifically designed for use for leveling substrates that are not rated to carry the full weight of a traditional self-leveling underlayment. Ultraplan Lite mixes easily and flows out to a suitable finish with a final dry density of about 67 lbs. per cu. ft. (1 073 kg per m 3 ) at 28 days.

Primer CE

Primer CE ™ is an ultra low-viscosity, two-component, 100%-solids surface-consolidating, epoxy primer. Primer CE effectively penetrates and consolidates the surface of weak concrete or gypsum substrates. Applied in a single-coat application, Primer CE is designed to restore structural integrity to friable substrates such as weak gypsum-based underlayments or lightweight concretes before the application of underlayments, toppings or floor finishes. Once installed, Primer CE is compatible with a wide number of primers and adhesives typically used with flooring installations, such as with tile, vinyl composition tile (VCT), carpet, sheet vinyl, wood and other floor-finishing products.

Planiprep SC

Planiprep ® SC is a high-performance, polymer-modified, fiber-reinforced cement-based skimcoating and patching compound. Use Planiprep SC to skimcoat and smooth minor surface variations and defects on common substrates. Planiprep SC creates a strong, durable surface ready for almost any floor application. Its unique formulation mixes easily with water and produces an easy-to-apply patching compound. Rapid-setting Planiprep SC allows for fast-track flooring installations in 30 to 60 minutes after application, depending on thickness and environmental conditions.

Primer WE

Primer WE ™ is a two-component, polymer-modified, water-based, epoxy primer for enhanced adhesion to nonporous substrates before the application of MAPEI self-leveling materials.
