MapeLevel EasyWDG System

Unlike most of the lippage-control systems currently available on the market, MapeLevel EasyWDG System has been designed to be applied entirely by hand. MapeLevel Easy System

Ultraflex 2

Ultraflex 2 is a professional-grade, single-component, high-performance, polymer-modified thin-set mortar for interior and exterior installations of ceramic, porcelain and dimensional natural-stone tile. This mortar has a high content of unique dry polymer, resulting in excellent adhesion to the substrate and tile. Ultraflex 2 meets or exceeds ANSI A118.4E and ANSI A118.11 requirements when mixed with water. Ultraflex 2 can be used for interior and exterior installations of tile in most residential floor and wall applications. In commercial applications, use on interior floor and wall installations and exterior floors.

MAPEI Ultralite Mortar

MAPEI Ultralite Mortar is a premium-grade, lightweight, single-component mortar for large-and-heavy-tile and nonsag applications, and that can also be used for thin-set mortar installations. This high-performance, polymer-modified mortar features a very low emission of volatile organic compounds and includes an offset of greenhouse gas emissions. It is formulated with Easy Glide Technology ™ for ease of application with Universal Color Formula ™ for installing light-colored stones and translucent marble and with BioBlock ® technology for mold and mildew resistance. MAPEI Ultralite Mortar utilizes Ultralite Technology ™ for twice the coverage of a standard thin-set mortar per pound/kg and contains more than 20% recycled content.

Ultraflex 1

Ultraflex 1 is a standard-grade, single-component, polymer-modified thin-set mortar for most interior and exterior installations of tile. This mortar has an above average content of unique dry polymer, resulting in good adhesion to the substrate and tile. Ultraflex 1 can be used for both interior and exterior installations of tile in most residential floor and wall applications. In commercial applications, use on interior floor and wall installations and exterior floors. Ultraflex 1 meets or exceeds ANSI A118.4E and ANSI A118.11 requirements when mixed with water.

Ultraflex LFT Rapid

Kerabond T is a premium-grade, nonsag, nonslump mortar for use in thin-set and large-and-heavy-tile applications in interior/exterior residential and commercial floors and walls when mixed with water.

Keraflex SG

Keraflex SG is a standard-grade, versatile, large-and-heavy-tile mortar and thin-set mortar for tile and stone installations on floors, walls and countertops. It is formulated as nonsag for walls and nonslump for floors. Keraflex SG is a polymer-modified mortar formulated with Easy Glide Technology ™ for ease of application and offers good adhesion to substrates and tile. It can also be used as a mortar over uncoupling, crack-isolation, sound-reduction and waterproofing membranes.

Keralastic

Premium Latex Additive for Kerabond and Kerabond T Keralastic is a premium-grade, high-performance, second-generation “flexible” acrylic latex additive used in the Kerabond/Keralastic and Kerabond T/Keralastic systems . This highly recommended additive enhances bond strength, flexural strength, elongation and freeze/thaw durability. To ensure proper flexibility, always use a latex additive when using a dry-set mortar for applications over plywood and for setting nonvitreous, semivitreous, vitreous and impervious tiles.

Ultraflex 2 LT

Ultraflex 2 LT is a professional-grade, nonsag, large-and-heavy-tile mortar and thin-set mortar for tile and stone for interior/exterior installations on floors, walls and countertops. Ultraflex 2 LT is designed for use up to 1/2" (12 mm) thickness after embedment to give better support under large-format tile. This polymer-modified mortar is formulated with Easy Glide Technology ™ for ease of application with excellent adhesion to the substrate and tile.

Light Mortar for Tile & Stone is a premium-grade, lightweight, single-component thin-set mortar that can also be used for large-and-heavy-tile and nonsag applications. Kerabond T / Keralastic System

Keraflex Super

It is formulated with Easy Glide Technology™ for ease of application and with a consistency that allows adjustability when used with lippage control systems. Keraflex Super can also be used as a mortar over uncoupling, crack-isolation, sound-reduction and waterproofing membranes.

Granirapid System

Granirapid is the industry’s first and most flexible, high-performance, fast-curing mortar system geared for fast-track projects. It develops high, early mechanical strength and can be specified for the most demanding tile applications. Thanks to MAPEI’s High-Hydrated Cement Technology (HCT ™ ), Granirapid offers superior drying-out characteristics for quick curing and does not contribute to efflorescence. When installed in conjunction with Ultracolor Plus FA grout, Granirapid will allow water submersion in only 72 hours.

Ultraflex RS

Ultraflex RS is a premium-grade, single-component, high-performance, polymer-modified, rapid-setting thin-set mortar for interior and exterior installations of tile. Thanks to MAPEI’s High-Hydrated Cement Technology (HCT ™ ), Ultraflex RS offers superior drying-out characteristics for quick curing and does not contribute to efflorescence. Adesilex P10 Mosaic & Glass Tile

Adesilex P10 Mosaic & Glass Tile is a premium-grade, bright white, multipurpose thin-set mortar formulated with nonsag properties. Adesilex P10 Mosaic & Glass Tile is designed for glass tile, glass mosaic and marble mosaic, and is ideal for light translucent natural stone.

Kerapoxy 410

Kerapoxy 410 is a two-component, solvent-free, 100%-solids, epoxy setting floor and wall mortar that is suited for areas where the most chemical-resistant setting material is necessary. It also has high compressive strength, which provides excellent impact strength in commercial facilities. Kerapoxy 410 is designed for setting most types of tile and stone.

One-Component, Polyurethane Moisture Barrier and Bonding Agent Planiseal PMB is a one-component, moisture-curing, polyurethane compound designed to provide moisture vapor emission protection on damp concrete substrates in a single- or double-coat application method as well as a vapor retarder using a single-coat method over wood substrates. It also serves as a bonding agent and moisture barrier system for self-leveling underlayments when applied in a double-coat method with dry sand.

Mapelastic AquaDefense

Mapelastic AquaDefense is a premixed, advanced liquid-rubber, extremely quick-drying waterproofing and crack-isolation membrane for installation under ceramic tile or stone in residential, commercial and industrial environments. Mapelastic AquaDefense provides a thin, continuous barrier to protect adjacent rooms and floors below from water damage. For common problem areas like coves, corners, cracks and drains, it can be combined with MAPEI’s optional Reinforcing Fabric or Mapeband ™ accessories (cove roll and drain flash) to provide additional protection. Mapelastic AquaDefense dries after about 30 to 50 minutes and is then ready to receive any MAPEI polymer or epoxy mortar. Mapelastic AquaDefense can be flood-tested after 12 hours of drying time, is IAPMO-listed for use as a shower-pan liner, and exceeds ANSI A118.10-LV and ANSI A118.12 standards.

Mapelastic Turbo [NA]

Mapelastic Turbo [NA] is a two-component, rapid-drying, cementitious-binder-based membrane with fine-grained selected aggregates, special admixtures and synthetic polymers in water dispersion for interior and exterior installations under ceramic tile or stone in residential, commercial and industrial intermittent wet or submerged environments. Applied easily with a roller or brush, Mapelastic Turbo [NA] provides an excellent barrier to protect adjacent rooms and floors below from water damage. Mapelastic Turbo [NA] exceeds ANSI A118.10-LV and ANSI A118.12 standards and is compatible with polymer-modified cement-based mortars (ANSI A118.4 or better) or epoxy mortars (ANSI A118.3).

Ultracolor Plus FA

Ultracolor Plus FA – with DropEffect ™ technology and CO 2 emissions fully offset in the product's life cycle – is an ultra premium, fine-aggregate, fast-setting, polymer-modified, color-consistent, nonshrinking, efflorescence-free grout for joint widths from 1/16" to 3/4" (1.5 to 19 mm). DropEffect reduces surface absorption to help repel water, dirt and grime from penetrating grout joints. Ultracolor Plus FA is specially formulated with MAPEI’s High-Hydrated Cement Technology (HCT ™ ) to eliminate common problems such as color consistency and efflorescence. Mapelastic CI is a premixed, liquid-rubber, quick-drying crack-isolation membrane for installation under ceramic tile or stone in residential and commercial interior and exterior environments. Mapelastic CI meets ANSI A118.12 requirements and prevents nonstructural, in-plane floor cracks up to 1/8" (3 mm) from transferring through grout, ceramic tile and stone. Once it has dried after about 30 to 50 minutes, Mapelastic CI is ready to receive most MAPEI polymer-modified or epoxy mortars.

It is offered in 10 designer colors with translucent characteristics that not only reflect but also refract light. This allows the grout to transition in color to complement the tile color. The “translucent effect” is most noticeable with the color Crystal Moon (#5201), while the other nine colors exhibit a more pronounced “iridescent effect.” MAPEI Flexcolor 3D is also formulated for commercial and residential interior installations of porcelain, ceramic, glass and natural-stone tiles. Plus, the dense surface structure of the grout helps to prevent water-based stains on the grout surface. MAPEI Flexcolor 3D is formulated with the latest innovation in recycled glass-bead aggregate, which ensures color consistency, ease of cleanability and improved workability. In addition, this grout can be used on sensitive tile surfaces once tested, requires no sealer and cures naturally from evaporation. Comparison testing of MAPEI Flexcolor 3D versus traditional Portland-cement grout has verified that MAPEI Flexcolor 3D requires 65% less time to install than powder grouts.

Primer L

Primer L is a concentrated, solvent-free acrylic primer used before the installation of underlayment materials. It is green for easy identification. Primer L improves the bond between a properly prepared and profiled concrete substrate, and a self-leveling underlayment. Primer L can also be used as a primer for gypsum-based underlayments and patches.

Primer T

Primer T is a low-VOC, magenta-colored, water-based acrylic primer that enhances the performance and adhesion of self-leveling underlayments (SLUs) on nonporous and porous substrates. Suitable for a wide variety of substrates, Primer T combines excellent versatility with easy, low-odor application.

Primer CE

Primer CE is an ultra low-viscosity, two-component, 100%-solids surface-consolidating, epoxy primer. Primer CE effectively penetrates and consolidates the surface of weak concrete or gypsum substrates. Applied in a single-coat application, Primer CE is designed to restore structural integrity to friable substrates such as weak gypsum-based underlayments or lightweight concretes before the application of underlayments, toppings or floor finishes. Once installed, Primer CE is compatible with a wide number of primers and adhesives typically used with flooring installations, such as with tile, vinyl composition tile (VCT), carpet, sheet vinyl, wood and other floor-finishing products.

Primer E

Primer E is a two-component, 100%-solids, epoxy primer and bonding agent designed for use with MAPEI self-leveling underlayments using MAPEI’s sand broadcast method. Primer E is the most effective method for bonding to nonporous, dense substrates before installing self-leveling underlayments subject to high stress. Primer E ’s low viscosity makes installation fast and easy, and provides excellent penetration into the substrate and therefore a tenacious bond.

Primer WE

Primer WE is a two-component, polymer-modified, water-based, epoxy primer for enhanced adhesion to nonporous substrates before the application of MAPEI self-leveling materials. It improves adhesion over smooth, nonabsorbent and difficult-to-bond-to substrates such as glazed ceramic tile, epoxy moisture barriers, cement-based terrazzo, old cutback adhesive residue and approved plywood subfloors.

Planibond EBA

High-Modulus Epoxy Bonding Agent Planibond EBA is a two-component, multipurpose, high-modulus epoxy bonding agent. Planibond EBA is nonshrink, 100%-solids and moisture-tolerant. Planibond EBA is used primarily as a bonding agent for screeds and repair mortars.

ECO Prim Grip

ECO Prim Grip is a ready-to-use, low-VOC, synthetic resin-based primer with bond-promoting silica aggregates suspended in dispersion. It enhances the performance and adhesion of mortars to existing ceramics and difficult-to-bond-to substrates. Plus, it improves bonding of self-leveling underlayments (SLUs) and bonds of render coats over cementitious substrates. Suitable for a wide variety of substrates, ECO Prim Grip combines excellent versatility with an easy, low-odor application.

Primer X is a fast-drying, high-performance, low-VOC, water-based, acrylic primer. It is textured to enhance the performance and adhesion of self-leveling underlayments over 100%-solids, epoxy moisture barriers and other nonporous substrates
