Mapei is silver sponsor of Pallacanestro Cantù

The Milan-based company will support the Como-based club for the 2025–2026 season.

Mapei, a leading manufacturer of chemical products for the building industry, has signed a sponsorship agreement with Pallacanestro Cantù, a basketball team from Como playing in the Italian Basketball League Serie A. The Milan-based company will be the club's Silver Sponsor for the 2025–2026 season.

"We are delighted to welcome Mapei to the family of Biancoblu partners," said Andrea Mauri, member of the board of directors of Pallacanestro Cantù and managing director of Cantù Arena. "This agreement has a dual significance: on the one hand for the Club, which benefits from the support of a company that has always been close to the world of sport; on the other hand for the Arena, of which Mapei is an important partner. I would like to thank CEOs Veronica and Marco Squinzi for their trust and for choosing to support our projects."

In addition to its involvement in sport, Mapei is also involved in the construction of the new Cantù Arena, a multi-purpose sports hall located in Corso Europa, which will be inaugurated in October 2026. The company is supplying many of its construction products for this innovative project. The new 5,200-seat arena will host Pallacanestro Cantù's home games, as well as sporting events, concerts and various other shows. This state-of-the-art facility represents a symbol of rebirth for the city and its glorious basketball tradition.
