Mapei is participating in Made Expo 2025, the leading event dedicated to construction and architecture, held at Fiera Milano in Rho from 19 to 22 November.
At Pavilion 2 - Stand B01 D10, visitors can discover Mapei's technological and sustainable solutions, designed to create high-performance and safe environments. The company brings to the fair a comprehensive offering for all construction needs, from interiors to exteriors and urban spaces, confirming its role as the ideal partner for construction.
Mapei is also present in the Agorà del Restauro (Restoration Agora) – Hall 4, the area promoted by Assorestauro to highlight the restoration supply chain, showcasing its dedicated line for the conservative restoration and renovation of buildings with historical and architectural value, with solutions respecting the original materials, and ensuring safe and long-lasting interventions.
With Dursilite, colour transforms interiors
At MADE Expo, Mapei is presenting a preview of the new complete range of Dursilite water-based paints, a historic brand that has represented quality for interior paints since 1946. The line has been expanded to meet the ever-growing needs of the sector. Mapei's offering includes washable, breathable, stain-resistant, mould-resistant, anti-condensation and water-based enamel paints that comply with HACCP standards. These high-performance products are available in scalable formats, to suit different requirements. All Dursilite products guarantee uniform hiding, durability and indoor comfort, thanks to water-based formulations, very low VOC emissions and A+ energy rating.
To emphasise the use of colour, the company has added the Chromie Mapei project to the Dursilite water-based paint range: an exclusive library of colours and combinations that integrates innovative display tools for points of sale with an engaging digital experience.
The Zero line expands to resilient products
The Zero line[1] is now enriched with products for resilient and textile flooring and wall coverings including primers, skim coats, smoothing compounds and adhesives. These solutions offer high technical performance, with CO₂ emissions fully offset through reforestation and biodiversity protection projects, reaffirming Mapei's commitment to increasingly sustainable construction.
Ventilated façades: aesthetics and performance
Mapei expands its range of energy-efficient building envelopes with the launch of Ultrabond PB System H, a system for the structural bonding of ventilated façades, consisting of a primer, a double-sided tape and a high-performance one-component hybrid adhesive, formulated to ensure optimal adhesion and durability over time. The system is ideal for cladding of different thicknesses and materials – from porcelain tiles to HPL laminates and pre-painted metals – and stands out for its quick installation and the possibility of creating ventilated façades with "concealed” fixing, without visible mechanical elements.
Thanks to its ability to absorb vibrations and deformations, Ultrabond PB System H is a safe solution even in contexts subject to dynamic stresses, such as wind, temperature variations and seismic activity. With this launch, Mapei confirms its commitment to offering a range of systems that combine innovation, aesthetics and performance, meeting the needs of designers and companies focused on quality and sustainability.
New solutions in structural strengthening
Maperope is Mapei's innovation for the structural strengthening of masonry: a pre-impregnated carbon fibre cord with high mechanical strength for reinforced re-pointing of joints in masonry structures made of stone, brick, tuff, and mixed materials. Thanks to its flexibility and small diameter, Maperope can be used effectively even within thin and irregular joints, improving the mechanical performance of structures without altering their original appearance, especially when used in conjunction with specific Mapei mortars. The use of carbon fibre guarantees lightweight, ease of handling and resistance to chemical aggression, making Maperope the ideal solution for exposed masonry, where it is essential to preserve the aesthetic and material value of the work.
Still in the field of structural strengthening, Mapei also presents a new update of Mapei Structural Design, the calculation software for structural strengthening systems developed in collaboration with Eucentre. The new "Arches and Vaults" module allows local analyses to be performed with uniformly distributed vertical static loads, applicable to barrel or lowered vaults and round or lowered arches. With this latest release, users can directly download strengthening data sheets for arches and vaults, for the three available technologies (FRP, FRCM and CRM), in PDF or editable DWG format. Combined with the Price Analysis and Technical Specifications already integrated in Mapei PRO, the software now offers a complete ecosystem of tools and documentation to support structural design.
The Profilpas offering
A few steps from the Mapei area, in Hall 2 – Stand D01 E10, is the Profilpas stand, a company belonging to the Mapei Group specialising in profiles for floors, wall coverings and accessories for installation. Among the new products on display, the star of the show is the Mapei Color finishes range, designed to ensure the perfect match between profile, grout and sealant. This line offers 25 finishes for Profilpas Cerfix Proangle profiles that perfectly match the shades of Mapei's Ultracolor Plus cementitious grouts, Kerapoxy Easy Design epoxy grouts and Mapesil AC Zero silicone sealants. This solution simplifies the work of designers and installers, by ensuring a precise and immediate match between all finishing elements. For floor level showers, Profilpas offers PP Drain Varioguard, an adjustable stainless steel drain that is easy to install and clean, ideal for adapting to any technical requirement thanks to its maximum flexibility. For raised outdoor floors, Profilpas presents the PP Level DUO MAXI line of adjustable supports, now also available in the new XXL size (for heights from 148 to 211 mm), the PPL/TH drainage joist for water drainage when laying large-format slabs, and the Raised Tile Protector super-hydrophobic treatment, which reduces water stagnation.
