Mapei among “Italy’s Best Employers 2022”

The multinational has again been ranked top of the Production and Transformation of Manufacturing and Building Materials category

For the second year in a row, Mapei has been rated the best employer in the Production and Transformation of Manufacturing and Building Materials category in the rankings for Italy’s top 400 companies.

Drawn up by the Statista digital platform, the rankings are the result of an anonymous survey carried out among 22,500 employees from over 3000 companies, who were asked to give their opinion (directly online) about their present or past employer.

“This result confirms Mapei’s attention to its staff - so Marco Ceraico remarked, Mapei Italia’s Director of Human Resources - and its constant commitment to their professional growth in accordance with their own individual potential and the company’s core values, even in the new post-pandemic working world.
