Mapeheat ™ Mat is a pre-wired floor-heating fabric designed for easy installation. The pre-wiring aspect of Mapeheat Mat guarantees even heat distribution because the heating wires embedded within the fabric are evenly spaced during production. A single standard-size mat can provide adequate floor-heat coverage for most standard bathroom and living areas. Installers can also combine multiple standard mats to heat the desired area. When full coverage cannot be achieved with standard-size mats (such as areas with curves, angles or obstructions), Mapeheat Mat can be customized to provide optimal coverage.

25-Amp Power Relay Switch Mapeheat Thermo Extender is a 25-amp power relay switch compatible with Mapeheat floor-heating thermostats. Available in either 120 V or 240 V, the device enables floor-heating loads in excess of 15 amps to be controlled by a single thermostat.

Mapeheat ™ Thermo Basic thermostat is a non-programmable control that offers simple on/off capability for the Mapeheat floor-heating system. The thermostat offers the most basic type of control and features energy usage information, dual-voltage compatibility (120 V and 240 V), a physical on/off switch and built-in Class A GFCI protection.

Keraflex ® Membrane Mortar is specifically designed for use as a mortar over and under uncoupling, crack-isolation, sound-reduction and waterproofing membranes. It is a faster-drying mortar when trapped between membranes and substrate or between membranes and tile.

It consists of a nonwoven filter fabric bonded to individual dimples of the molded polypropylene core, minimizing fabric intrusion into the drainage channels caused by overburden pressure. The filter fabric allows water to pass freely into the drainage core, which provides hydrostatic relief while preventing the passage of soil or sand particles which might clog the core. Mapedrain 25 also has a polymeric protective film on the back side to provide additional protection to waterproofing membranes.

Reinforcing Fabric for Liquid Waterproofing Membranes MAPEI LMR Fabric is a spunbond, nonwoven polyester fabric used as a reinforcement for liquid-applied waterproofing membranes. When embedded into a liquid-applied waterproofing membrane, it will add strength and durability to the overall system.

High-Strength, High-Flow, Prefabricated Drainage Composite with Woven Filter Fabric and Protective Film Mapedrain 35 is a high-strength, three-dimensional drainage composite.  It consists of a woven filter fabric bonded to individual dimples of a molded polypropylene core, minimizing fabric intrusion into the drainage channels caused by overburden pressure. The filter fabric allows water to pass freely into the drainage core, which provides hydrostatic relief while preventing the passage of soil or sand particles that might clog the core. Mapedrain 35 ’s woven, monofilament fabric withstands high abrasion from applied overburden and prevents intrusion into the drainage core due to its low elongation characteristics. As such, the woven fabric is better suited to receive direct  poured concrete than nonwoven geotextile fabrics. Mapedrain 35 also has  a polymeric protective film on the back side to provide additional protection  to waterproofing membranes.

Flexible, Cementitious Membrane for Waterproofing and Protecting Concrete and Masonry Mapelastic is a two-component cementitious membrane that waterproofs concrete and masonry. It also offers protection against chemical attack from de-icing salts, sulfates, chlorides and carbon dioxide.

Self-Adhering Sheet Membrane Planiseal Membrane SA is a 63-mil, self-adhering sheet membrane consisting of 61 mils of rubberized asphalt laminated to a 2-mil PET film. The combination of these two excellent waterproofing materials provides a durable, high-performance waterproofing membrane. Planiseal Membrane SA is suitable for installations where the ambient and substrate temperatures are above 40°F (4°C).

Bentonite-Based, Hydrophilic, Expandable, Flexible Rubber Waterstop Strip for Watertight Construction Idrostop B25 is a waterstop used to produce watertight construction joints in civil, industrial and hydraulic construction. Idrostop B25 is composed of a mix of natural sodium bentonite and polymers that give the product exceptional properties of compactness, flexibility and stability. The material is produced according to a formula developed in MAPEI’s own research and development laboratories. Idrostop B25 ’s expanding process takes place in a controlled, gradual and uniform way without the risk of altering the balance of the mix.

Cement-Based, Waterproofing and Surface-Preparation Coating Planiseal 88 is a one-component, polymer-modified, cementitious coating for waterproofing, including masonry surfaces, at a maximum depth of 10 feet (3,05 m). Planiseal 88 is also used as a surface-preparation product for MAPEI waterproofing products.

Acrylic Latex Admixture for Mortar and Stucco Planicrete AC is a one-component, concentrated, liquid latex admixture used to enhance the performance of cementitious repair mortars, plasters, stuccos and toppings.

Mapeflex ® P2 NS is a two-component, non-sag, polyurethane sealant that meets the requirements of ASTM C920.

Single-Component, 100%-Solids, Cold-Fluid-Applied, Structural Waterproofing Membrane Planiseal CR1 is a fast-curing, 100%-solids, cold-fluid-applied, single-component, moisture-curing, structural waterproofing membrane that will not shrink and is VOC-compliant in virtually all municipalities. Very low in odor, it is well suited for use in and around occupied spaces. Thanks to advanced proprietary technology, this single-grade membrane can be used in horizontal as well as vertical applications, maximizing versatility. Planiseal CR1 can be applied by roller, brush, trowel or squeegee. Planiseal CR1 is Miami-Dade NOA approved for: Exterior Waterproofing under Porcelain Tiles (System Type F) Planters (System Type F2) Concrete Split Slab Assemblies (System Type F3) The Miami-Dade Notice of Acceptance (NOA) designates that the approved product meets Florida Building Code (FBC) High Velocity Hurricane Zone (HVHZ) requirements. Many coastal municipalities accept or require this NOA in their local building code. Always confirm the most current requirements per the local code.

One-Component, Nonsag, Elastomeric Polyurethane Sealant Mapeflex P1 FT is a high-performance, one-component, fast-track, elastomeric, moisture-cured, polyurethane sealant and adhesive. Mapeflex P1 FT offers excellent adhesion to most surfaces, superior gunning and tooling, and excellent flexibility for moving joints.

Mapecoat ™ AG WB represents the latest in silicone technology. It is a clear, low-VOC, water-based, non-sacrificial coating that requires just cold water for the removal of most graffiti from surfaces pre-treated with this product, with no requirement of harsh chemicals or specialized equipment. Mapecoat AG WB will remain as an effective barrier against graffiti through repeated cleaning cycles.

Deep-Pour, Self-Leveling Compound Novoplan DPL is a self-leveling, calcium-aluminate-based underlayment and repair mix for interior concrete and engineer-approved floors and is capable of being placed up to 4" (10 cm) in a single lift.
