Ultrabond ECO 220 also exhibits an extended working time, making it ideal for the installation of patterned carpets. It may be used in both direct and double glue-down installation methods for carpet.

Ultrabond ECO 420

High-Performance, Moisture-Resistant, Indoor/Outdoor Carpet Adhesive Ultrabond ECO 420 is a proprietary, water-based adhesive formulation designed for both indoor and outdoor carpet. Ultrabond ECO 420 offers high-moisture-resistant characteristics and excellent bond properties for interior and exterior broadloom carpet installations. Ultrabond ECO 420 is also perfectly suited to bond reground rubber underlayments such as Mapesonic RM for ceramic tile installations. Due to its unique formulation, it can be installed without the need for moisture testing.

Ultrabond ECO ® 373 is a super aggressive, pressure-sensitive adhesive that is designed for the installation of a wide variety of resilient flooring types. Ultrabond ECO 373 has been specifically formulated to provide extended working time and can be applied using a trowel or roller, depending on the level of tack that is required for the flooring that is being installed. Ultrabond ECO 373 can also be used for flash-coving installations using traditional installation methods.

Ultrabond ECO 570

Ultrabond ECO ® 570 is a moisture-curing, one-component, polyurethane polymer adhesive specifically designed for the direct bonding of high-performance reground-rubber sports flooring in interior or exterior applications. Its unique formulation is perfectly suited for most types of reground-rubber sports flooring and provides an aggressive and durable bond. Ultrabond ECO 570 utilizes rapidly renewable raw materials as part of the formulation and is free of phthalate plasticizers.

Ultrabond ECO 222

Ultrabond ECO ® 222 is a standard, high-tack, latex-based adhesive that is designed for the installation of cork underlayment that is used for sound dampening under tile and stone. Ultrabond ECO 222 can also be used to install felt-backed vinyl sheet flooring and ActionBac carpet.

Ultrabond ECO 575 [NA]

Premium Wall-Base Adhesive Ultrabond ECO 575 [NA] is a premium wall-base adhesive specifically designed to provide superior bond and impact resistance for rubber, vinyl and carpet wall base. Ultrabond ECO 575 [NA] also has been reformulated to offer even greater grab and wet strength, keeping corners wrapped tight. Its light-colored, water-based, acrylic-polymer formulation won't stain even the whitest wall base.

Ultrabond ECO 811

Ultrabond ECO ® 811 is a high-performance, acrylic latex adhesive designed to provide an aggressive tack for installing all types of carpet tile. Ultrabond ECO 811 provides a secure, releasable adhesive base for standard PVC-backed carpet tile as well as for non-PVC-, polyolefin-, felt- and bituminous-backed carpet tile. It can also be used to bond fiberglass-reinforced vinyl sheet flooring.

Ultrabond ECO 185

Ultrabond ECO ® 185 is a latex-based adhesive that offers fast grab and quick leg development for the fast-track installation of commercial carpet. It can be used in direct-bond and double-stick carpet applications.

Reinforcing Fabric for Liquid Waterproofing Membranes MAPEI LMR Fabric is a spunbond, nonwoven polyester fabric used as a reinforcement for liquid-applied waterproofing membranes. When embedded into a liquid-applied waterproofing membrane, it will add strength and durability to the overall system.

Planiseal CR1

Single-Component, 100%-Solids, Cold-Fluid-Applied, Structural Waterproofing Membrane Planiseal CR1 is a fast-curing, 100%-solids, cold-fluid-applied, single-component, moisture-curing, structural waterproofing membrane that will not shrink and is VOC-compliant in virtually all municipalities. Very low in odor, it is well suited for use in and around occupied spaces. Thanks to advanced proprietary technology, this single-grade membrane can be used in horizontal as well as vertical applications, maximizing versatility. Planiseal CR1 can be applied by roller, brush, trowel or squeegee. Planiseal CR1 is Miami-Dade NOA approved for: Exterior Waterproofing under Porcelain Tiles (System Type F) Planters (System Type F2) Concrete Split Slab Assemblies (System Type F3) The Miami-Dade Notice of Acceptance (NOA) designates that the approved product meets Florida Building Code (FBC) High Velocity Hurricane Zone (HVHZ) requirements. Many coastal municipalities accept or require this NOA in their local building code. Always confirm the most current requirements per the local code.

Mapedrain 35

High-Strength, High-Flow, Prefabricated Drainage Composite with Woven Filter Fabric and Protective Film Mapedrain 35 is a high-strength, three-dimensional drainage composite. It consists of a woven filter fabric bonded to individual dimples of a molded polypropylene core, minimizing fabric intrusion into the drainage channels caused by overburden pressure. The filter fabric allows water to pass freely into the drainage core, which provides hydrostatic relief while preventing the passage of soil or sand particles that might clog the core. Mapedrain 35 ’s woven, monofilament fabric withstands high abrasion from applied overburden and prevents intrusion into the drainage core due to its low elongation characteristics. As such, the woven fabric is better suited to receive direct poured concrete than nonwoven geotextile fabrics. Mapedrain 35 also has a polymeric protective film on the back side to provide additional protection to waterproofing membranes.

Mapelastic

Flexible, Cementitious Membrane for Waterproofing and Protecting Concrete and Masonry Mapelastic is a two-component cementitious membrane that waterproofs concrete and masonry. It also offers protection against chemical attack from de-icing salts, sulfates, chlorides and carbon dioxide.

Planiseal Membrane SA

Self-Adhering Sheet Membrane Planiseal Membrane SA is a 63-mil, self-adhering sheet membrane consisting of 61 mils of rubberized asphalt laminated to a 2-mil PET film. The combination of these two excellent waterproofing materials provides a durable, high-performance waterproofing membrane. Planiseal Membrane SA is suitable for installations where the ambient and substrate temperatures are above 40°F (4°C).

Planiseal 88

Cement-Based, Waterproofing and Surface-Preparation Coating Planiseal 88 is a one-component, polymer-modified, cementitious coating for waterproofing, including masonry surfaces, at a maximum depth of 10 feet (3,05 m). Planiseal 88 is also used as a surface-preparation product for MAPEI waterproofing products.

Idrostop B25

Bentonite-Based, Hydrophilic, Expandable, Flexible Rubber Waterstop Strip for Watertight Construction Idrostop B25 is a waterstop used to produce watertight construction joints in civil, industrial and hydraulic construction. Idrostop B25 is composed of a mix of natural sodium bentonite and polymers that give the product exceptional properties of compactness, flexibility and stability. The material is produced according to a formula developed in MAPEI’s own research and development laboratories. Idrostop B25 ’s expanding process takes place in a controlled, gradual and uniform way without the risk of altering the balance of the mix.

One-Component, Nonsag, Elastomeric Polyurethane Sealant Mapeflex P1 FT is a high-performance, one-component, fast-track, elastomeric, moisture-cured, polyurethane sealant and adhesive. Mapeflex P1 FT offers excellent adhesion to most surfaces, superior gunning and tooling, and excellent flexibility for moving joints.

PP level GRID

PP level GRID System is used in combination with pedestals to offer an extra degree of safety and protection. In the unlikely event of pavers breaking, the grid will prevent anything from falling through. The use of PP level GRID System allows the installation of ceramic pavers, natural-stone* and concrete pavers of different sizes. In addition, because the installation is free of the constraints of the pedestals underneath and because of movable head spacers, pavers can be placed on top of the grid in any pattern desired. * Consult with the natural-stone manufacturer as to whether its products are suitable for heavy pedestrian traffic.

Ultrabond Urethane Cleaner

Professional Adhesive Remover Ultrabond Urethane Cleaner is a ready-to-use urethane adhesive cleaner designed to effectively remove wet urethane adhesive residues, such as Ultrabond ECO 975 , Ultrabond ECO 980 , Ultrabond ECO 990 and Ultrabond ECO 995 , from the surface of prefinished wood flooring. It is low-odor, nonflammable, pH-neutral and biodegradable. Safe for use on most types of prefinished wood flooring including parquet, engineered, solid and bamboo, Ultrabond Urethane Cleaner also removes urethane adhesive from trowels and tools.

Ultrabond ECO 983

Modified-Silane, Moisture-Control Wood-Flooring Adhesive Ultrabond ECO 983 is a single-component, 100%-solids, modified-silane wood-flooring adhesive that is formulated without water, solvents, amines, isocyanates, phthalate plasticizers or epoxy resins. With an extremely low emission level of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), the unique formulation of Ultrabond ECO 983 provides excellent bond strength and moisture control up to 15 lbs. (6.80 kg) MVER and 90% relative humidity (RH). Special trowel clips are provided to apply the adhesive in a monolithic layer for subfloor moisture control. It can also be used with traditional trowel-applied methods where subfloor moisture problems do not exist.

Ultracoat HT 2K

Two-Component, Water-Based, Polyurethane Wood-Flooring Finish Ultracoat HT 2K is a two-component, water-based wood-flooring finish that is available in the gloss levels of natural, matte, satin and semi-gloss. Suitable for use in interior residential and heavy commercial applications where extreme traffic is expected, Ultracoat HT 2K is an aliphatic polyurethane resin system with excellent abrasion resistance for solid, pre-sanded wood floors. Ultracoat HT 2K adds a warm color to the wood and is non-yellowing.

High-Performance, Quick-Setting, Self-Leveling Underlayment Ultraplan 1 Plus is a quick-setting, self-leveling, self-drying underlayment and repair mix for interior concrete and engineer-approved floors. Ultraplan 1 Plus has high strength and is abrasion-resistant, able to withstand light foot traffic after 2 to 3 hours and vehicular rubber-wheel traffic after 3 days.

Primer L ™ is a concentrated, solvent-free acrylic primer used before the installation of underlayment materials. It is green for easy identification. Primer L improves the bond between a properly prepared and profiled concrete substrate, and a self-leveling underlayment. Primer L can also be used as a primer for gypsum-based underlayments and patches.

Primer WE ™ is a two-component, polymer-modified, water-based, epoxy primer for enhanced adhesion to nonporous substrates before the application of MAPEI self-leveling materials. Ultrabond ECO 3185

Ultrabond ECO ® 3185 latex carpet pad adhesive is a water-based adhesive for fastening carpet padding permanently in place over any flooring surface. It has good initial tack and high strength to prevent movement of padding during stretching or subsequent use. Ultrabond ECO 3185 has no solvent added and is nonflammable, making it suitable for use in enclosed environments in occupied buildings.

Ultrabond ECO 995

Premium Moisture-Control, Sound-Reduction and Wood-Flooring Adhesive Ultrabond ECO 995 is MAPEI’s premium, 100%-solids, one-component, moisture-curing urethane adhesive for all types of wood flooring and bamboo. Ultrabond ECO 995 can be used in a single-coat application method that provides a superior bond with moisture vapor emission control on concrete slabs. Ultrabond ECO 995 also provides sound-reduction properties, making it suitable for use in multi-unit housing projects.

Primer E

Primer E ™ is a two-component, 100%-solids, epoxy primer and bonding agent designed for use with MAPEI self-leveling underlayments using MAPEI’s sand broadcast method. Primer E is the most effective method for bonding to nonporous, dense substrates before installing self-leveling underlayments subject to high stress. Primer E ’s low viscosity makes installation fast and easy, and provides excellent penetration into the substrate and therefore a tenacious bond.

Ultrabond ECO 985

Hybrid-Polymer-Based, Moisture-Control and Sound-Reducing Wood-Flooring Adhesive Ultrabond ECO 985 is MAPEI’s premium single-component, hybrid-polymer-based wood-flooring adhesive that is formulated without water, solvents, amines, isocyanates, phthalate plasticizers or epoxy resins, and has an extremely low emission level of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Ultrabond ECO 985 ’s formulation provides excellent sound-reduction properties that are required for multi-unit housing. Ultrabond ECO 985 is also a moisture-controlling wood-flooring adhesive that protects wood flooring from moisture vapor emitting through concrete slabs in a single application.

Ultraplan M20 Plus

Quick-Setting, High-Compressive-Strength, Self-Leveling Underlayment Ultraplan M20 Plus is a calcium-aluminate-based, quick-setting, self-leveling underlayment and topping. It is specially formulated for the resurfacing and construction of interior horizontal surfaces as a high-compressive-strength underlayment with maximum resistance to wheel tracking and indentations. Ultraplan M20 Plus is suitable for use as a commercial wear topping in warehouse and alternate industrial applications where an exceptional flat and smooth concrete surface is desired.

Professional, Self-Leveling Underlayment Novoplan 2 Plus is a high-strength, self-leveling, cement-based underlayment and repair mix for interior concrete and engineer-approved floors.

Ultraplan Extreme 2

Weather-Resistant, High-Compressive-Strength, Self-Leveling Underlayment Ultraplan Extreme 2 is an advanced, hydraulic-cement-based, self-leveling compound designed for fast-track underlayment applications. It is especially formulated for leveling interior, horizontal concrete surfaces where environmental controls are not operational or the building is not enclosed. Once installed, Ultraplan Extreme 2 is not affected by exposure to intermittent rain exposure after 6 hours or to freezing temperatures after 3 days of curing. Its high compressive strength is designed to allow it to be exposed to traffic as a temporary wear layer until the floor is covered with floor covering. Ultraplan Extreme 2 has no moisture vapor emission limitations and can be installed without testing on properly prepared concrete substrates. It is the self-leveling compound of choice for use under moisture-controlling adhesive systems and epoxy moisture barriers.

Two-Component Primer and Bonding Agent Ultracoat ReNewIt Primer is a proprietary, high-performance, two-component, water-based primer and bonding agent designed as the third step in preparing LVT, VCT, resilient, wood or bamboo flooring to be resurfaced with Ultracoat HT 2K .

Ultracoat ReNewIt Remover

Cleaner and Polish Remover Ultracoat ReNewIt Remover is a high-performance cleaning solution and polish remover. It is designed to remove polishes, stubborn dirt, oil and debris as the first step in preparing LVT, VCT, resilient, hardwood or bamboo flooring to be recoated with floor finish. After flooring is treated with Ultracoat ReNewIt Remover , it can be cleaned with Ultracoat ReNewIt Cleaner and then coated with Ultracoat ReNewIt Primer in preparation for a new floor finish.

Spot-Free Cleaner and Rinsing Solution Ultracoat ReNewIt Cleaner is a high-performance, spot-free cleaning and rinsing solution designed to remove any remaining U ltracoat ReNewIt Remover and dirt as the second step in preparing LVT, VCT, resilient, wood or bamboo flooring to be recoated with floor finish. It can also be used as a general cleaner for all flooring types.

Planitex SLF

Fiber-Reinforced, Gypsum, Self-Leveling Underlayment Planitex SLF is a fiber-reinforced, gypsum-based, self-leveling underlayment with enhanced flexural strength. It resists cracking and provides an exceptionally smooth, hard surface for use in dry, interior residential and commercial areas. Planitex SLF provides an excellent substrate for a wide variety of floor coverings. Planitex SLF can also be used to cover radiant or in-floor heating systems.

Planiseal MSP

Moisture-Control Membrane, Adhesive Isolator, Sealer, pH Blocker and Primer Planiseal MSP is a two-coat, high-solids, polymer-based adhesive isolator, sealer, moisture-control membrane and self-leveling primer. Planiseal MSP protects flooring installations against subfloor moisture and pH in concrete slabs with moisture vapor emission rates (MVERs) up to 15 lbs. (6.80 kg) per ASTM F1869, relative humidity (RH) up to 99% per ASTM F2170 and alkalinity protection up to pH of 12. Planiseal MSP eliminates the need for a secondary primer for self-leveling applications.

Ultrabond ECO 977 can also be used in elevated subfloor moisture conditions of up to 12 lbs. (5.44 kg) MVER and 95% relative humidity when a specific installation method and trowel notch configurations are used.

Ultrabond ECO ® 907 is a fast-curing, 100%-solids, moisture-curing, gun-grade adhesive designed for basic wood subfloor construction practices as well as repairing of wood flooring; bonding of wood stair nosings; installation of wood molding and baseboards; and attachment of tackstrips to concrete subfloors. Ultrabond ECO 907 is also ideal for supplemental bonding of wide plank boards when nailing and gluing are required.

Planislope RS

Rapid-Setting, Polymer-Modified Sloping Mortar Planislope RS is a rapid-setting, pre-blended, cement-based, polymer-modified mortar that includes a blend of selected aggregates for use in sloping and thick- bed mortar installations. It only needs mixing with water to produce a mortar of exceptional strength. Used for preparing a substrate before the installation of tile and stone, Planislope RS is designed for pre-sloping under waterproofing membranes and mortar beds in showers when quick turnarounds are desired.

Planipatch

Planipatch ® is an ultra fast-drying, self-curing, polymer-modified, cement-based patching compound that rapidly develops high compressive strength. When Planipatch is mixed with Planipatch Plus ® , the Planipatch Plus System can be used as an embossing leveler or as a patch to fill voids over properly prepared vinyl sheet goods, vinyl composition tile (VCT) and cement terrazzo before the direct glue-down installation of floor coverings.

Ultracoat Aqua Plus

Sawdust Admixture for Crack Filling of Wood Flooring Ultracoat Aqua Plus is a single-component binder that is mixed with sawdust produced during the final sanding process of preparing wood floors, and used to fill voids and cracks before the final application of water-based wood-floor finishing systems. Ultracoat Aqua Plus has extremely high wetting properties, is low in viscosity and forms a high-solids paste with excellent adhesion and workability. After application, the mixture dries quickly and can be sanded easily. The remaining mixture can be stored in a sealed plastic container.

Ultracoat Easy Plus

One-Component, Water-Based Polyurethane Wood-Flooring Finish Ultracoat Easy Plus is a one-component, water-based wood-flooring finish that is available in the gloss levels of matte, satin and semi-gloss. Suitable for use in interior residential and light commercial applications, Ultracoat Easy Plus is a self-crosslinking, aliphatic polyurethane resin system with excellent abrasion resistance for solid, pre-sanded wood floors. Ultracoat Easy Plus adds a warm color to the wood and is non-yellowing.

Ultracoat Toning Base

Two-Component, Deep-Tone Sanding Sealer Ultracoat Toning Base is a two-component, deep-tone, water-based sanding sealer for all types of wood flooring – including exotic species – and is designed to enhance the natural color of wood without causing it to darken or redden. Ultracoat Toning Base provides a deep look similar to what solvent-based sealers offer and is specifically designed to work with Ultracoat water-based finishes. Ultracoat Toning Base seals freshly sanded wood flooring and creates a base layer that isolates the finish coat from penetrating into the open wood surface.

Novoplan DPL

Deep-Pour, Self-Leveling Compound Novoplan DPL is a self-leveling, calcium-aluminate-based underlayment and repair mix for interior concrete and engineer-approved floors and is capable of being placed up to 4" (10 cm) in a single lift.

Ultrabond ECO 2285

Premium, Universal Seam Sealer for Carpet Ultrabond ECO 2285 is recommended for seaming/sealing most types of carpet in a direct glue-down installation. Ultrabond ECO 2285 can also be used in double-stick applications.

Mapecoat 4 LVT [NA]

Two-Component, Water-Based, Aliphatic, Anti-Slip, Polyurethane Finish for LVT Mapecoat 4 LVT [NA] is a transparent protective finish that comes in matte (10 gloss) and semi-gloss (30 gloss) for luxury vinyl tile (LVT) in addition to other resilient flooring in horizontal and vertical applications. It provides a non-slip finish with high resistance to wear in residential and commercial environments, including wet areas such as tub surrounds and shower enclosures as well as dry areas that are subject to high foot traffic.

Planiprep 4 LVT [NA]

High-Moisture-Resistant Skimcoat and Embossing Leveler Planiprep 4 LVT [NA] is a premixed, high-moisture-resistant, water-based, acrylic-resin-based skimcoat and embossing leveler.

Standard-Performance, Water-Based, Polyurethane Wood-Flooring Finish Ultracoat Easy is an economical, one-component, water-based wood-flooring finish that is available in the gloss levels of matte, satin and semi-gloss. Planipatch Plus

Planipatch Plus ® is an acrylic latex additive for use specifically with Planipatch fast-setting, polymer-modified, cement-based patching compound. Mixing Planipatch Plus undiluted with Planipatch allows it to be used over a variety of substrates including vinyl composition tile (VCT), felt-backed sheet vinyl, cutback adhesive residue and MAPEI moisture barriers.

Mapelastic WP

Mapelastic ® WP is a premixed, liquid-rubber vapor retarder and quick-drying waterproofing membrane for installation under manufactured stone veneer units and thin brick. Mapelastic WP provides a thin, continuous barrier to protect substrates and building wall assemblies from water damage. Mapelastic WP dries after about 30 to 50 minutes and is then ready to receive any MAPEI polymer-modified mortar meeting or exceeding the ANSI A118.4 or A118.15 standard. Mapelastic WP itself exceeds ANSI A118.10 and A118.12 standards.

Mapelastic WRB

Mapelastic ® WRB is a single-component, liquid-applied air- and water-resistive barrier for vertical, above-grade exterior walls. Mapelastic WRB minimizes risk of condensation in wall from water vapor diffusion, thus increasing wall durability and the comfort of the building occupants. The rapid-drying formula is rain-resistant within 30 minutes of application under ideal conditions defined as 50°F (10°C) and rising in direct sunlight. Mapelastic WRB is ICC-AC AC212 approved, is NFPA 285 compliant in various assemblies and has been evaluated by ABAA for common wall assemblies. Adhered manufactured stone veneer and thin-brick units may be direct-bonded to the membrane when using a polymer-modified mortar meeting ANSI A118.15 over suitable substrates such as concrete masonry units, poured concrete walls, stucco basecoat and cement backerboard.

Mapebond VM Rapid

Premium, Rapid-Setting, Polymer-Modified Veneer Mortar Mapebond VM Rapid is a rapid-setting, nonsag mortar designed for the installation of manufactured stone veneer, thin-brick and natural stone in exterior/interior applications. This polymer-modified mortar has a high content of unique dry polymer, resulting in excellent adhesion between the substrate and veneer units. Mapebond VM Rapid offers superior drying-out characteristics for quick curing, allowing for pointing/grouting in 3 to 4 hours. Mapebond VM Rapid does not contribute to efflorescence. It exceeds ANSI A118.4FT, A118.11 and A118.15FT requirements when mixed with water.

Mapebond VM

Polymer-Modified Veneer Mortar Mapebond VM is a nonsag mortar designed for the installation of manufactured stone veneer, thin-brick and natural stone in exterior/interior applications. Mapebond VM may be used up to 1/2" (12 mm) in thickness to offer outstanding support and bonding strength. This polymer-modified mortar has a high content of unique dry polymer, resulting in excellent adhesion between the substrate and veneer units. It exceeds ANSI A118.4ET and A118.11 requirements when mixed with water.

Mapebond VM Super

Mapebond ™ VM Super is a premium, nonsag veneer mortar designed for the installation of manufactured and natural stone veneer as well as thin brick. Suitable for use in exterior/interior commercial and residential installations, this mortar has a high content of unique dry polymer, resulting in excellent adhesion between the substrate and veneer units. It exceeds ANSI A118.4ET, ANSI A118.11 and ANSI A118.15ET requirements when mixed with water.

Mapebond VM Lite

Mapebond ™ VM Lite is a nonsag mortar designed for the installation of manufactured stone veneer, thin brick and natural stone in exterior and interior applications. This polymer-modified mortar has a high content of unique dry polymer, resulting in excellent adhesion between the substrate and veneer units. Mapebond VM Lite utilizes Ultralite Technology ™ for twice the coverage of a standard thin-set mortar per pound and contains more than 20% recycled content. It exceeds ANSI A118.4ET, ANSI A118.11 and ANSI A118.15ET requirements when mixed with water.

MapeWrap 21 TG was specially developed to saturate and encapsulate both carbon and glass fiber fabrics by way of mechanical saturation and to cure to a high-performance laminate. Once cured, the laminate provides additional strength to appropriate structural elements.

MapeLevel Easy System can eliminate the effects caused by slight variations in substrates and tiles, promoting a flat tile surface. Both types of caps are reusable and feature an open-view design that allows the installer to check for proper lippage control.

Tile Lippage-Control, Edge-Leveling System for Floors and Walls MapeLevel EasyWDG System provides greater quality and consistency in tile finishes by reducing the effects caused by slight variations in substrates and tiles. Unlike most of the lippage-control systems currently available on the market, MapeLevel EasyWDG System has been designed to be applied entirely by hand. The ergonomic shape of the MapeLevel EasyWDG wedge allows it to be inserted smoothly and quickly into the MapeLevel EasyWDG Spacer M clips. Standard, Large-and-Heavy-Tile Mortar with Polymer Ultraflex LHT SG is a standard-grade, nonsag, nonslump, polymer-modified, large-and-heavy-tile mortar and thin-set mortar for interior/exterior installations on floors, walls and countertops. It is used to install large-format and heavy tile/stone, including porcelain tile, heavy-ribbed-back tile, brick pavers, dimensional tile and natural-stone tile. Ultraflex LHT SG is designed for use at 3/32" to 1/2" (2.5 to 12 mm) thickness to give better support under large-format tile. This mortar is formulated with Easy Glide Technology for ease of application and good adhesion to the substrate and tile.

This product features a very low emission of volatile organic compounds and includes an offset of greenhouse gas emissions.

MAPEI Flexcolor ® 3D is a professional-grade, ready-to-use (RTU) translucent specialty grout with an “iridescent effect” finish. It is offered in 10 designer colors with translucent characteristics that not only reflect but also refract light. This allows the grout to transition in color to complement the tile color. The “translucent effect” is most noticeable with the color Crystal Moon (#5201), while the other nine colors exhibit a more pronounced “iridescent effect.” MAPEI Flexcolor 3D is also formulated for commercial and residential interior installations of porcelain, ceramic, glass and natural-stone tiles. Plus, the dense surface structure of the grout helps to prevent water-based stains on the grout surface. MAPEI Flexcolor 3D is formulated with the latest innovation in recycled glass-bead aggregate, which ensures color consistency, ease of cleanability and improved workability. In addition, this grout can be used on sensitive tile surfaces once tested, requires no sealer and cures naturally from evaporation. Comparison testing of MAPEI Flexcolor 3D versus traditional Portland-cement grout has verified that MAPEI Flexcolor 3D requires 65% less time to install than powder grouts.

Mapelastic AquaDefense provides a thin, continuous barrier to protect adjacent rooms and floors below from water damage. For common problem areas like coves, corners, cracks and drains, it can be combined with MAPEI’s optional Reinforcing Fabric or Mapeband ™ accessories (cove roll and drain flash) to provide additional protection. Mapelastic AquaDefense dries after about 30 to 50 minutes and is then ready to receive any MAPEI polymer or epoxy mortar. Professional, Roller-Applied, Crack-Isolation Membrane Mapelastic CI is a premixed, liquid-rubber, quick-drying crack-isolation membrane for installation under ceramic tile or stone in residential and commercial interior and exterior environments. Mapelastic CI meets ANSI A118.12 requirements and prevents nonstructural, in-plane floor cracks up to 1/8" (3 mm) from transferring through grout, ceramic tile and stone. Once it has dried after about 30 to 50 minutes, Mapelastic CI is ready to receive most MAPEI polymer-modified or epoxy mortars.

Mapeguard ® 2 is a next-generation, flexible, thin, 40-mil (1-mm) lightweight, load-bearing, fabric-reinforced “peel-and-stick” crack-isolation, waterproofing and vapor-control membrane. Mapeguard 2 helps to prevent existing or future in-plane floor cracks (with movement up to 3/8" [10 mm] wide) from transmitting through grout, ceramic tile and natural stone. It also reduces the transmission of impact sound (footsteps, dropped objects, etc.) and airborne sound (voice, TV, etc.) through floors when installed under ceramic tile, stone or wood floor coverings.

Microsilica

Densified Silica-Fume Admixture Microsilica is a densified powder admixture with pozzolanic action, to be used in combination with plasticizers and superplasticizers for high-quality mortars, grouts and concrete. Microsilica complies with the provisions and specifications of ASTM C1240 and AASHTO M307. Microsilica is an amorphous silicon dioxide (silica) consisting of sub-micron spherical primary particles and agglomerates of these. The material is highly reactive in cementitious and ceramic bond systems. The average diameter of a Microsilica sphere is about 0.15 micron. Although some of the spheres exist as single entities, most of them form primary agglomerates. The size of these may vary between 0.1 and 1 micron. This rather wide particle size distribution contributes to high packing efficiency.

Corrosion-Inhibiting Admixture for Concrete Mapeshield CI 300 (formerly Polychem CI) is a liquid corrosion-inhibiting admixture based on calcium nitrite. Mapeshield CI 300 inhibits the onset of corrosion of reinforcing steel caused by chlorides typically present in de-icing materials. Mapeshield CI 300 meets or exceeds the requirement of ASTM C494, Type C; AASHTO M194, Type C; and ASTM C1582.

All-in-One Membrane for Crack Isolation, Sound Reduction, Waterproofing and Vapor Management Mapesonic 2 is a patented, next-generation, flexible, 76-mil thin, lightweight, load-bearing, fabric-reinforced, “peel-and-stick” membrane for sound reduction, crack isolation, waterproofing and vapor management. Application of Mapesonic 2 can be immediately followed by installation of finished flooring. Mapesonic 2 reduces transmission of impact sound (such as footsteps and dropped objects) and airborne sound (such as voice and TV) through floors when installed under ceramic tile, stone, vinyl and wood floorings. It also helps to prevent existing or future in-plane floor cracks (with movement up to 3/8" or 10 mm wide) from transmitting through grout, ceramic tile and natural-stone assemblies.

MAPEI Self-Leveling Mixing Barrel Cart

Barrel Cart for Mixing Self-Levelers MAPEI Self-Leveling Mixing Barrel Cart is designed to improve efficiency in barrel-mixing MAPEI self-leveling underlayments, toppings and mortars that require jobsite mixing. The cart’s barrel band attaches snugly to the MAPEI Self-Leveling Mixing Barrel (sold separately), holding it fast during mixing and keeping it in place during material pouring/placement. MAPEI Self-Leveling Mixing Barrel Cart has been designed to roll easily over textured surfaces and enables easy, precise placement of the mix. The double-handle design allows for the cart to be easily moved and tipped, reducing strain on the cart body and controlling the material placement.

Mixing Barrel for Self-Leveling Products MAPEI Self-Leveling Mixing Barrel is perfect for the blending of cement and gypsum self-leveling underlayments, toppings and pourable mortars. The barrel easily holds up to three 50-lb. (22.7-kg) bags of material and works perfectly in conjunction with oval-shaped mixers. Two types of handles (grab handles and recessed handles) make this barrel easy to move. Used along with MAPEI Self-Leveling Mixing Barrel Cart , this barrel eases the mixing and transport process of any material that requires mixing and dispensing on commercial or residential jobsites.

Spiked Roller for Self-Leveling Products MAPEI Self-Leveling Spike Roller has been designed specifically for cement- and gypsum-based self-leveling underlayments and toppings. The spikes are 2" (5 cm) in length, making it easy to work with deep pours of material. The shape of the spikes is also designed to cut through the material easily, creating a much smoother, homogenous material. Measuring 20" (51 cm) in width, MAPEI Self-Leveling Spike Roller enables quick work on large surface areas.

High-Flow, Fast-Setting, Self-Leveling Underlayment Ultraplan HFL is a high-flow, high-compression-strength, calcium-aluminate-cement-based, self-leveling underlayment. Its unique flow properties allow for easy placement and a super-flat finished surface with minimal effort. Ultraplan HFL ’s fast setting time allows for floor-covering installation within 3 hours of placement.

MAPEI Self-Leveling Mixing Kit

MAPEI Self-Leveling Mixing Kit consists of a 15-gallon (56.8 L) double-handled mixing barrel with a lid, 1" (2.5 cm) spike shoes, a 5-quart (4.73 L) measuring pitcher, an oval mixing paddle, a smoother, a gauge rake and a three-part broom handle.

Mapeheat Temperature Sensing Probe

Use this replacement product if the probe that accompanies a Mapeheat thermostat is misplaced or if an additional probe is desired. Note that the temperature-sensing probe must be installed before installation of the finished flooring.
