Low-Viscosity, 100%-Solids, Epoxy Resin Primer for the MapeWrap Composite System MapeWrap Primer 1 is a 100%-solids, moisture-tolerant, low-viscosity, two-component, epoxy resin that is used as a seal coat for consolidating and priming concrete substrates. As the first component of the MapeWrap composite system, MapeWrap Primer 1 penetrates cementitious pore structures and provides a high bond for the other system components.

Low-Viscosity, 100%-Solids, Epoxy Resin for Impregnation of MapeWrap Fabrics MapeWrap 21 is a 100%-solids, moisture-tolerant, low-viscosity, epoxy resin used to encapsulate the MapeWrap composite system fabrics. MapeWrap 21 was specially developed to saturate and encapsulate carbon and glass fiber fabrics and to cure to a high-performance laminate. Once cured, the laminate provides additional strength to appropriate structural elements.

Medium-Viscosity, 100%-Solids Epoxy Resin for Impregnation of MapeWrap Fabrics MapeWrap 31 is a 100%-solids, moisture-tolerant, medium-viscosity, epoxy resin for impregnating MapeWrap composite system fabrics by a dry layup method. MapeWrap 31 was specially developed to saturate and encapsulate carbon and glass fiber fabrics and to cure to a high-performance laminate. Once cured, MapeWrap 31 provides high mechanical strength properties.

MapeWrap ® 12 is a two-component, 100%-solids, moisture-tolerant, structural epoxy used as an adhesive for the Carboplate ® composite system in warm climates. MapeWrap 12 is also used for leveling uneven concrete or masonry surfaces before application of MapeWrap fabrics or Carboplate and Maperod ® C laminates.

Premium, Rapid-Setting, Large-and-Heavy-Tile Mortar with Polymer Ultraflex LFT Rapid is a premium, rapid-setting, nonsag, large-and-heavy-tile mortar (formerly known as “medium-bed mortar”) and thin-set mortar for large and heavy tile and stone for interior/exterior floor, wall and countertop installations. This mortar has a high content of unique dry polymer, resulting in excellent adhesion to the substrate and tile. Thanks to MAPEI’s High-Hydrated Cement Technology (HCT), Ultraflex LFT Rapid offers superior drying-out characteristics for quick curing and does not contribute to efflorescence. Ultraflex LFT Rapid is FastTrack Ready, allowing grouting in 3 to 4 hours.

100%-Solids, Industrial-Grade, Epoxy Grout with Color-Coated Quartz Kerapoxy IEG CQ is a water-cleanable, 100%-solids, epoxy grout with high chemical and stain resistance. It is a nonshrinking, nonsagging, fast-curing, efflorescence-free grout. Color-coated quartz dramatically improves its cleanability, so that Kerapoxy IEG CQ leaves very little film residue during cleanup of excess grout with a grout float. The color-coated quartz also eliminates pigment bleed, so tiles are not stained during installation. This grout is perfectly suited for use in commercial kitchens, meat packing houses, and any commercial and institutional floors that require daily cleaning with enzymatic cleaners. Kerapoxy IEG CQ is ideal for applications where high-strength, mold- and mildew-resistant grout joints are required. In addition, it has high temperature resistance and can be steam-cleaned.

Multipurpose, Bond-Promoting Primer ECO Prim Grip is a ready-to-use, low-VOC, synthetic resin-based primer with bond-promoting silica aggregates suspended in dispersion. It enhances the performance and adhesion of mortars to existing ceramics and difficult-to-bond-to substrates. Plus, it improves bonding of self-leveling underlayments (SLUs) and bonds of render coats over cementitious substrates. Cleaner and Polish Remover Ultracoat ReNewIt Remover is a high-performance cleaning solution and polish remover. It is designed to remove polishes, stubborn dirt, oil and debris as the first step in preparing LVT, VCT, resilient, hardwood or bamboo flooring to be recoated with floor finish. After flooring is treated with Ultracoat ReNewIt Remover , it can be cleaned with Ultracoat ReNewIt Cleaner and then coated with Ultracoat ReNewIt Primer in preparation for a new floor finish.

Spot-Free Cleaner and Rinsing Solution Ultracoat ReNewIt Cleaner is a high-performance, spot-free cleaning and rinsing solution designed to remove any remaining U ltracoat ReNewIt Remover and dirt as the second step in preparing LVT, VCT, resilient, wood or bamboo flooring to be recoated with floor finish. It can also be used as a general cleaner for all flooring types.

Concentrated Polish Remover for Wood Floors Ultracoat Polish Remover is a concentrated solution specifically formulated for the removal of wax-based or polymer-based wood-floor polishes.

Ultracoat ® Universal Base is a one-component, rapid-drying, water-based sanding sealer for solid, engineered and exotic wood flooring. Specifically designed to work with Ultracoat water-based finishes, Ultracoat Universal Base seals freshly sanded wood flooring and creates a base layer that isolates the finish coat from penetrating into the open wood surface.

Sawdust Admixture for Crack Filling of Wood Flooring Ultracoat Aqua Plus is a single-component binder that is mixed with sawdust produced during the final sanding process of preparing wood floors, and used to fill voids and cracks before the final application of water-based wood-floor finishing systems. Ultracoat Aqua Plus has extremely high wetting properties, is low in viscosity and forms a high-solids paste with excellent adhesion and workability. After application, the mixture dries quickly and can be sanded easily. The remaining mixture can be stored in a sealed plastic container.

One-Component, Water-Based Polyurethane Wood-Flooring Finish Ultracoat Easy Plus is a one-component, water-based wood-flooring finish that is available in the gloss levels of matte, satin and semi-gloss. Suitable for use in interior residential and light commercial applications, Ultracoat Easy Plus is a self-crosslinking, aliphatic polyurethane resin system with excellent abrasion resistance for solid, pre-sanded wood floors. For Cold Lead Damage to Mapeheat Mat and Mapeheat Cable Mapeheat Lead Wire Repair Kit contains all materials needed to repair a damaged cold lead for Mapeheat Cable , Mapeheat Mat standard sizes or Mapeheat Mat custom sizes. The kit is available in 120 V and 240 V versions. The repair kit’s voltage (120 V or 240 V) must match the voltage of the damaged cold lead.

Mapeheat ™ Temperature Sensing Probe is designed for use with Mapeheat Thermo Connect , Mapeheat Thermo Touch and Mapeheat Thermo Basic thermostats. Use this replacement product if the probe that accompanies a Mapeheat thermostat is misplaced or if an additional probe is desired. Note that the temperature-sensing probe must be installed before installation of the finished flooring.

Mapeheat ™ Cable Guides are used to secure Mapeheat Cable to a substrate before installation of floor-covering materials (tile, stone, laminate, engineered wood or luxury vinyl flooring). Mapeheat Cable Guides can be attached to a substrate using hot glue, screws or nails.

Mapeheat ™ Mat is a pre-wired floor-heating fabric designed for easy installation. The pre-wiring aspect of Mapeheat Mat guarantees even heat distribution because the heating wires embedded within the fabric are evenly spaced during production. A single standard-size mat can provide adequate floor-heat coverage for most standard bathroom and living areas. Installers can also combine multiple standard mats to heat the desired area. When full coverage cannot be achieved with standard-size mats (such as areas with curves, angles or obstructions), Mapeheat Mat can be customized to provide optimal coverage.
