PP level MINI

Modular Pedestal System for Low-Height Applications PP level MINI System is ideal for transforming unused patios and rooftops into desirable living spaces. The product is laid dry, without adhesives or other fixings. The resulting open joints between pavers allow for water to flow through the assembly, eliminating the risk of freeze/thaw damage.

PP level DUO MAXI

Modular System for Raised Exterior Floors PP level DUO MAXI System is ideal for transforming unused patios and rooftops into desirable living spaces. The pedestal system raises/elevates the pavers and levels the floor by compensating for a sloped substrate up to 5%, thanks to the self-leveling head. This modular system allows for easy maintenance and access to conduits, waterproofing and drainage systems beneath the pavers. The resulting open joints between pavers allow for water to flow through the assembly, eliminating the risk of freeze/thaw damage. Pedestal heads are automatically self-leveling or can be easily converted into fixed heads with the use of the PP level DUO MAXI locker ring.

PP level GRID

PP level GRID System is used in combination with pedestals to offer an extra degree of safety and protection. In the unlikely event of pavers breaking, the grid will prevent anything from falling through. The use of PP level GRID System allows the installation of ceramic pavers, natural-stone* and concrete pavers of different sizes. In addition, because the installation is free of the constraints of the pedestals underneath and because of movable head spacers, pavers can be placed on top of the grid in any pattern desired. * Consult with the natural-stone manufacturer as to whether its products are suitable for heavy pedestrian traffic.

Premium Sanded Grout with Polymer Keracolor S Sanded Grout is a premium-grade, pre-blended, polymer-modified sanded Portland-cement tile grout that requires only the addition of water for mixing. It will grout joints from 1/8" to 5/8" (3 to 16 mm).

Ultracolor Plus FA

Ultracolor ® Plus FA – with DropEffect ™ technology and CO 2 emissions fully offset in the product's life cycle – is an ultra premium, fine-aggregate, fast-setting, polymer-modified, color-consistent, nonshrinking, efflorescence-free grout for joint widths from 1/16" to 3/4" (1.5 to 19 mm). DropEffect reduces surface absorption to help repel water, dirt and grime from penetrating grout joints. Ultracolor Plus FA is specially formulated with MAPEI’s High-Hydrated Cement Technology (HCT ™ ) to eliminate common problems such as color consistency and efflorescence. Along with offering higher polymer content, HCT reduces absorption and increases stain resistance when compared with standard-performance cement grouts.
